48 Harbour Terrace is in close proximity to Table Mountain, Cape Town Castle and the Company Gardens which house the National Museum and Art Gallery. The apartment is just minutes from the pristine beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay and offers easy access to all of Cape Town’s major tourist attractions including Kirstenbosch, Cape Point, the wonderful Cape Wine Routes and the magnificent West Coast.

Within few minutes walk from the apartment, the MyCiti bus station "Stadium" allows easy and quick access to central Cape Town, the airport or the V&A get to the apartment from the airport, take the MyCiti bus directly outside the terminal (R53.00/every 20 mins), change to the Waterfront link at the Civic Centre, and get off at the "Stadium" station.

Monthly payments on rentals exceeding 60 days are accommodated provided that one month’s rental value is paid in advance as deposit over and above the first month’s rental. Monthly payments thereafter due on the 1st day of every consecutive month for the duration. The deposit replaces the key & breakage deposit and will be refunded as per deposit refund clause below.
No guests can be accommodated without full payment received in advance. Should payment intervals for long stays not be made as arranged, you will be requested to vacate the apartment, and we reserve the right to deny access to the apartment (changing of locks) until full payment of overdue amount is received.
Reservations exceeding 30 days are to book compulsory housekeeping services (minimum two (2) times per month) at an additional charge (apartment-size dependant).

This location is ideal and very secure and comfortable. There is private car parking and it's easily accessible to all the main attractions in Cape Town. We were two female Brits in our 20's, traveling from Saudi Arabia and we had a lovely stay. The views from both bedrooms was astounding and we loved Cape Town and all it had to offer. We bought our own breakfast materials and the rest of the time ate out. A cute and cost apartment, ideal for two friends. We would highly recommend the you xxx

Extremely quick response on the reservation. The apartment is beautiful and in an amazing location. Beautiful views of Table Mountain every day. Absolutely wonderful apartment; the beds were SO comfortable! Working thru the rental company wasn't ideal. The extra R250 fee for arriving late was an unexpected expense (that should really be clear on the Airbnb listing), though the woman from the rental company who did the check-in was great. The rental company also required us to go into a conference call to fix the internet, fumigated the flat while we were there, and never provided the appropriate keys to open the gate or front door (the guards constantly had to let us in) - not exactly the epitome of a worry-free holiday. They were all minor inconveniences, so we didn't mind terribly but if you're looking for a truly hands-off experience, just keep in mind what it's like working with a rental company.

Situation idéale pour profiter de la ville, de la vue et des attraits touristiques du Cap! L'immeuble est surveillé 24/7, l'appartement est tel que décrit, les lits sont très confortables et tout l'équipement est impeccable! Petit point négatif, aucune chaise disponible aux abords de la piscine.

The place is true to its pictures and everything was exactly as how its shown in the pics. Jaco was really helpful and responsive with all the queries even though we deal with an agent when we check in etc. It is located in a nice neighborhood but it is almost a 15min walk to the waterfront area. Not as close as described. There is no air conditioning and it got quiet hot in the apartment after a while so it is something to consider especially during summer time. The place has pots and silverware and everything that you could possibly need for a long term stay. The place was clean when we checked in but found a dead cockroach during our visit! But given the overall experience was a good one, I can overlook this minor issue. There is a secured parking spot so need to worry about that if you have a car.

This is not your usual bnb experience as it's done through an agency. But perfect location next to cape quarter. Apartment had everything we needed and security guys were friendly and helpful, 10 out of 10 for them. Use the back gate for a short walk to cafés,bars,restaurants,shops and best spar shop ever. 5 min walk to V & A waterfront. At the bottom of hill is MYCITI bus stop that takes you to camps bay, canal walk, table mountain and lots of other places. We found the apartment had the most wonderful view to wake up to. Beds both very comfy and the addition of iron,ironing board,hair drier very useful. An extra set of keys would have been useful but we managed. Would stay here again and our son is saving up to go next year and this is the apartment he wants to stay in. Would highly recommend.
