Thank you so much for your honest review. We will surely look into suggestions. I always like to give my honest guests a 5 star review as they deserve. I didn't mention any mess on the review as a goodwill but you have targeted some minor issues and mentioned them.
If anything wasn't sufficient, I was always here to help resolve your issues. Why didn't you contact me and bring that to my notice during your stay? These issues should be reported and not mentioned in the reviews. I made multiple calls to you to check on food and everything, you always gave me a heads up.
Also your brother chose to contact my owner and tried to settle a deal with her for your future travels which was absolutely unprofessional. Also you asked for extra meal plans which was provided to you within a short notice of hours which hotels or resorts don't do generally.
Also there were a lot of things that happened from your group that you yourself don't know and i don't expect much from you. Just like i took responsibility for my staff, you were supposed to do that for your group.
As a person you were great to communicate and the stay went smoothly but your brother did chaotic things contacting the owner and criticizing the situation and our place.
