The best townhome complex in Incline Village, minutes to the beaches, ski resorts, hiking trails, shopping and the fabulous Hyatt Hotel. One of the best units in the gated community, great for all seasons. Pool, tennis court and hot tub in complex.

Beautiful and spacious town home in a gated, highly desirable community of Incline Village.

Home is 1800 sq. feet and very clean and includes 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a redwood deck for BBQ and lounging and a 1 car garage. Close to beaches, golf course and ski resorts. The local Raley's supermarket is in close walking distance.

Lake Tahoe has all the amenities for outdoor enthusiasts as a truly 4 season destination. Great for skiing, hiking, golf, tennis, biking, canoeing and all types of water sports. Excellent beaches and many picnic spots overlooking the beautiful lake. Go for a day of sightseeing and then test your luck in the casino in the evening. Excellent dining choices abound. The Hyatt is just a few minutes away.

Our home features a well-stocked kitchen, wireless internet and a large flat screen TV and DVD Player (not BluRay) in the family room.

The town home complex features a nearby hot tub, swimming pool and a tennis court. Club facilities also have a small exercise area and locker room.

Come and enjoy! You'll have difficulty finding a better value for clean and spacious accommodations for your whole family and friends in Lake Tahoe.

During Holiday weeks we may require 5-7 night minimum rentals. Summer and Winter generally require a minimum 4 night stay. Please inquire. Rates are seasonal. Generally weekday rates and off season rates are best. Please inquire for best available weekly rates.

Local Occupancy Tax

13.0% Washoe County Room Tax is Now Included when you book through Airbnb. You pay that directly to them upon booking. You will be informed of your tax total once you book.

Hi - We appreciate all guests being respectful of the property and the neighbors. Please no loud parties. Please leave the premises in good order at the conclusion of your rental to ensure Cleaning crew can complete their normal duties promptly, and so security deposit can be refunded. Thanks! Minimum Nights

In general, we require a 4 night minimum reservation. 3-night reservations may be accepted within 2 weeks of the desired check-in date or other special situations. During summer and holidays the minimum rental period requirement can be longer, up to one week.

Rental Agreement and Registration Form

We require all guests to sign and return to us our rental agreement and registration form listing all guests and contact information is also required. These will be emailed to you once you book.

Cancellations

Tax total is refundable for cancellations with 60-day notice, minus a 10% service fee. After that, refunds will be issued only if house is re-rented.

Rental Rules Overview:

1. This is a NON SMOKING and NO PETS unit.
2. MINIMUM AGE - We will not rent to individuals under 25 years of age.
3. QUIET ENJOYMENT- Guests are required to observe regular quiet ours (10pm to 8am). Excessive noise in the outside areas is not allowed at any time. Noise disturbance may result in eviction.
4. Exceeding the maximum occupancy (8) is also grounds for eviction.
5. Guest is responsible for replacing / refunding of any missing or damaged items.
6. If unit is excessively dirty, guest will be charged an additional cleaning fee at $35/hour. Damages may be assessed at cost of repairs.
7. Internet Use - Please abide by all rules of ISP. Any misuse may result in the loss of your security deposit.

Always our favorite place to stay in Tahoe! The property is immaculate, comfortable, and always has everything we need. Location is ideal. It is close to shopping, dining, golf, and the best beaches. We will be back for sure!

This condo has plenty of room, is in wonderful condition and has everything you will need. The complex is nice and kept up very well, the condo was all that we expected and more. Quiet at night, but close to town, golf and the lake. I would highly recommend staying here.

The unit with 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths is spacious and perfect for 5 people. Owner provided succinct instructions to the location and addressed all my questions timely. In addition, owner accommodated my request to arrive a few hours earlier to avoid antipated snow storm later that afternoon. This was my first experience with Airbnb and being able to deal directly with the owner is far better than with rental agents.

John's place was excellent. His instructions and communication were very good. The location is great for families; not too far from the airport, shopping and restaurants all nearby (and within walking distance), and close to the lake. The house was appropriately stocked with almost anything you needed including towels for the beach and a fully stocked kitchen. The grill in particular was very useful (and full of propane). The only thing that went wrong all week is the community pool ended up closing due to an algae issue which was very disappointing (and out of John's control). John's communication with me on this matter was good and he made a good faith effort to compensate us. Overall, this was a great experience and if we ever go back to Tahoe we'd stay here again.

Excellent! We were fortunate to spend six nights here. The townhouse accommodated our adult family of six within the three spacious bedrooms. The closet space in the Master Bedroom was a godsend. Coming from a no-closet house in SF, this was heavenly. The kitchen was outfitted with all needs. We even pulled the blender out to make our morning smoothies...although afternoon margaritas was a thought. Unfortunately we can not address the recreational facilities as we were booked for wedding activities. We were close enough to the Hyatt to walk, but definitely not in heels! (20 minutes). We especially enjoyed a few quiet moments on the back deck. And we would have surely used the grill if we had more time. Of course the house was extremely clean and tidy! Thank you for providing a lovely space for our family!

My wife Karen and I are now retired and enjoying the Lake Tahoe lifestyle all four seasons. I'm trying to improve my golfing skills while she's an avid hiker and biker. We have three grown sons all pursuing their careers in the SF Bay Area, where all of us grew up. We love to travel in the off seasons and are looking forward to visiting airbnb properties in Europe, South America and Asia the next few years, while keeping our home base here in the Sierras. If we find a better place we'll let you know, but after all these years, Lake Tahoe is tough to beat!
