Trout fishing, National forest trail head, river rafting guide nearby. Excellent hiking, hunting, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, ATV trails....
As much as required by guest to make their stay as comfortable as possible. I always check them in, and provide an orientation walk through.
4 wheel drive recommended, ATV's may be used outside of gate and to/from the house, speed limit inside gated area is 17 mph. Snowmobiles in the winter is the preferred method of travel.
Check in logistics usually involve following me up to the property, a quick orientation, address any issues or questions then your on your own. It is 60 miles from Boise and takes about 1.20 hours to drive. There are two diners on the way, one in Sweet, and one in Ola.
Check-in time is by appointment with orientation walk through.
Check-out time is 4pm promptly.
Occupancy is limited to six persons per unit.. Overnight sleeping is allowed on patios, in tents on the property, or in cars in our parking lot. Please limit the number of daytime guests to 6. The person whose name the reservation is in must be present for any overnight guests. Violation will result in immediate and full forfeiture of security deposit. No subletting allowed.
CHECK OUT – please take your trash with you, wash dishes and put them away, to keep costs down we ask you bring your own linens, comforters, sleeping bags etc. if you can if not they are available with notice. We ask you bring your own towels also. Of course we have all linens and towels available on request.
VIOLATIONS OF ANY OF THE ABOVE RULES WILL RESULT IN FULL OR PARTIAL LOSS OF YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT. WE APPRECIATE YOUR COOPERATION.
