Forming part of a small block of only 3 apartments, this 1 bedroom apartment is ideal for a couple or family with small child. It has an open plan layout leading onto rear terrace with table and chairs, bubble spa and relaxing all round sofa.

L'alloggio

This one double bedroom ground floor unit consists of an open plan layout which includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting area with sofas, one of which is a sofa bed. A nice feature of this holiday home is the rear terrace, a very pleasant area to relax with a drink, enjoy the bubble spa or take a nap on the comfortable all-round sofa bed… Even though the rear terrace is on the ground floor and surrounded by other properties, it does enjoy a lot of natural light and direct sunshine in the late afternoon.

Internal floor area is 53m² plus 22m² external terrace

Maid Service, Linen & Towels
The apartment is fully prepared and cleaned for your on arrival. Bathroom towels and linen are provided. An additional full clean is included for stays of 10 nights or more.

Sleeping Arrangements
This unit can sleep up to 2 people. It includes 1 double bedroom (1 large bed). For families with infants a travel cot is available and will easily fit in the bedroom.

Bathroom
There is one bathroom which includes a bath with a fixed shower, sink and wc.

Kitchen & Dining Area
The kitchen is equipped with a small under counter fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, gas hob, oven and a good range of utensils and crockery. The dining area has a table and 4 chairs. A high chair can be provided for families with a young infant.

TV & Internet. Free use of Wifi and/or ethernet (cable) internet is available. Network and pin number details provided on arrival. TV has cable tv/radio channels and DVD player.

Terrace/Balcony
The rear external terrace measures 22m². Half of the terrace is under a canopy, the other half is exposed and has a table with 4 chairs. The bubble spa is available all-year round, providing the weather is suitable. In addition a sofa surrounds the Spa making a great area to relax. The terrace can also be used at night as it is well lit.

Cooling & Heating
Ceiling fans are fitted in the main bedroom, kitchen/dining area and living room. During the cooler winter months a mobile electric or gas heater is provided.

Laundry
This unit does not have a washing machine.

Accessibility
This property is not suitable for wheelchair users. For guests that struggle with steps, entrance into the property main entrance is at a dislevel from the street, up 8 steps to enter the main door of the property.

Other Facilities/Amenities
A hairdryer, iron and board are provided. A selection of books, DVD's and games are also available from the common area.

Parking
If you decide to hire a car or motorcycle during your visit there is plenty of parking available in the street. If you hire a bikes, a maximum of two bikes can be left in the ground floor corridor.

Shops, Bars & Restaurants
The property is located 300 metres from the piazza (centre) and 400 metres from the seafront and beach.

Shops
A convenience store which offers everything you will need is located at the end of the street and is open from 0730hrs to 1230hrs/1600hrs to 1900hrs from Monday to Friday and 0730hrs to 1230hrs on Saturday. There are many other small shops in the town including fruit and vegetables, bakeries, butchers, confectioneries, stationers etc..
Most shops and supermarkets are closed on Sunday and Public Holiday's, however there is one convenience store which opens practically every day from 0700hrs to 2300hrs.

Bars and Restaurants
Most bars and restaurants are located along the seafront or side streets off the seafront. You will find a good variety of restaurants offering all types of cuisine including local, Italian/Mediterranean, Chinese, Pizza and typical 'take away' food.

Check In/Check Out
Standard check in time is at 1400hrs or later. If you arrive earlier and the apartment is available and has been prepared you are welcome to check in immediately.

Standard check out time is at 1000hrs or earlier. If your flight is due to depart later in the day and we do not require the apartment, you are welcome to stay later.

Chris est un hôte super, il est venu nous chercher à l'aéroport, nous a montré tous les petits coins de Birzebbuga (Resto,bus,plage,market..). Est disponible pendant le sejour si on a besoin. Vraiment super, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

Great little apartment, good location, clean and quiet. Chris was very informative about the local area and transport links and punctual with the included pick up.

Chris est vraiment sympathique et nous a très bien accueilli. L'appartement était tel que décrit. Dommage pour le divan un peu inconfortable et juste à deux. A conseiller, à essayer, à voir. Merci beaucoup.

It was great to stay in Birzebbuga. Chris was very kind for us and really helpful. First we received exact information about where we are going to meet and all other details we had to know. We were also picked up from airport. Apartment was exactly like described on web site (or even better). Thanks a lot Chris.

Vous êtes à la recherche d'un appartement agréable à 5 minutes à pied de la plage ? D'un hôte sympathique et disponible ? Ne cherchez plus ! ! L'appartement de Chris est tout ce qu'il vous faut. Chris est venu nous chercher à notre arrivée à l'aéroport (22h00). Il nous a ensuite fait visiter les alentours de l'appartement. Il nous a également fait quelques recommandations concernant la vie maltaise ainsi que les magasins et les restaurants. Ses recommandations nous ont été très utiles pour bien commencer nos premiers jours à Malte. Cet appartement est extrêmement fonctionnel et agréable avec sa terrasse et son jacuzzi (un must pour se relaxer après une journée de marche ) ! Le bâtiment et l'appartement sont sécurisés et très propres. Le quartier n'est pas extrêmement vivant, mais les bus sont réguliers et à deux pas de l'appartement. Aucun problème donc pour visiter l'ensemble de l'ile ! Mon copain et moi-même conseillons vivement cet appartement ainsi que l'hôte ! Thank you for your warm hospitalité Chris :)

Chris picked us up from the airport. It was a really warm welcome, he gave us a little tour through the city and provided us a lot of information about the island. The apartment is very spacious and we really enjoyed the jacuzzi! It will take you 30 minutes to go to Valetta by bus and about 2 hours to go to marfa (from which you can take the ferry to Comino). Birzebbuga is quite close to st peter's pool which is a place we really loved!! The apartment is highly recommended!

Besides looking after our apartments, both myself and my wife (Joan) are involved in the tourism services sector and have been for many many years. Joan is a Licensed Tour Guide and I look after our tour operation. We have a son who is still studying at the moment. We also love traveling and do so at any opportunity, unfortunately due to our work commitments it is not often enough...our latest adventure was to Cambodia, Vietnam and Laos all of which are incredible countries, wonderful people and rich culture.
