Fully renovated four bedroom Craftsman located in historic Milton, WA has guest appeal that welcomes families and small groups from all backgrounds. Guests will enjoy the comforts of home with plenty of sleeping accommodations, two updated bathrooms, a TV room, exclusive access to the fully renovated kitchen, dining area, deck as well as access to washer and dryer. Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood only minutes away from shopping, dining and wide variety of local attractions.

Upstairs includes three rooms each with a queen sized bed as well as a couch located in the TV room with potential to double as a sleeping accommodation for a child or teen. Each floor has it's own fully updated bathroom with shower, Second floor bath also includes a tub. Guests take caution as this is an older renovated home and ability to climb steep narrow stairs is required to access queen beds, tub and TV room located on the second floor. First floor includes one private room with twin sized bed, fully renovated bath with shower, completely updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and farm sink, dining area, living room and laundry room. Guests also have full access to the deck and gas barbecue grill. The home is conveniently located just minutes away from I-5, highway 16 7 and 512 providing easy to access local attractions such as Enchanted Parkway water and amusement park (10 mins), newly renovated waterfront destination of Point Ruston (20 mins), Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium (25 mins), Seattle Tacoma Intl Airport (35 mins), Down Town Seattle, Space Needle and Pike Place Market (40 mins), Ocean Shores (2 hours) and Mount Rainier National Park (2.5 hours).

During the early 1890’s, a mill was constructed amidst towering evergreens on a hill overlooking the Puyallup Valley. The first settlement, known as “Mill Town,” was made up of a handful of homesteaders and the lumber camp workers who furnished timber to feed the mill. The name became Milton only after the US Postal service rejected the two-word Mill Town moniker. Besides, government officials said, Washington already had one Mill Town. Residents were actually quite pleased with the change as the town was then named after the renowned poet.

Today, Milton still enjoys its small town appeal. It is a quiet, peaceful community surrounded by fields, trees, open vistas and gardens. It’s quiet atmosphere offers a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of neighboring Tacoma, just ten minutes away. Through strong leadership, frequent community events, quality schools, and strong relationships between citizens, business and city government, Milton has retained its picturesque charm and quality.

Our accommodations are perfect for out of town guests particularly families with up to 8 people.

Conveniently located 30 minutes from Seattle International Airport, 10 minutes from Enchanted Village/Wild Waves water park, 45 minutes from downtown Seattle. Within 2 hours guests could be enjoying a Pacific Ocean fishing charter or skiing the slopes on some of the best summits in the country including Stevens, Snoqualmie and Crystal Mountain.

Western Washington offers almost unlimited activities and Milton is uniquely centrally located while managing to provide a small town feel.

If you prefer to lay low be prepared to enjoy amazing sunsets from the privacy of the deck, play board games (provided) or enjoy a bowl of pop corn and movie on the large screen TV located on the second floor.
