The apartment is completely renovated and is on the first floor of a house with patio. It consists of a large bedroom, a fitted kitchen and a bathroom with shower, and is very quiet as it is at the end of an alley.

The air conditioning is done by radiant floor, healthier and more comfortable than the usual air conditioning systems, and the energy we use throughout the building has a certified origin 100% renewable.

The apartment is completely reserved for the guests, it enjoys total independence, although the access and stairs are common to the one of our habitual residence.

Guests can also enjoy the courtyard of the house (patio), accessing it from the entrance of the building, on the ground floor, and can also enjoy several nearby rooms where you can rest, read or have a snack.
