My one bedroom apartment is cozy, small and comfortable! It's on the third floor. Guest should be able to climb 3 flights of stairs. It's not a fancy condo downtown but the location is central to most things and neigbourhood is decent. It is 10 min from WestShore International Plaza and Bay Street mall, 12 min from Tampa International Airport, 15 min from Busch Gardens, 10-12 min from downtown tampa, 5 min from Raymond James Stadium.
Two things I can't stand: Negative people and dirty people.

The apartment was very clean, check in was smooth and easy, Liah was quick in communication. You need to take 3 stairs to get to the apartment which was a bit tough as we have heavy luggage. Also, the compound needs some improvements (not the apartment).

Liah was super responsive to communication if a problem or concern came up. The apartment is very clean and well organized. It was nice to have kitchen access as well so that we could make our own meals instead of eating out all the time. Overall a good stay.
