My home is a new two-storey house in a quite district of Rome East area.
The place is perfect for those who travel by car because you won't have any problems to park your vehicle (like in the city centre) and for people who want to visit not only Rome city centre, but also the surroundings: Tivoli, Villa Adriana, Castelli Romani, such as Frascati, Castel Gandolfo (the Pope's summer residence), and Fatima Sanctuary as my home is located at middle way between these interesting places.
My house is new furnished.
In the first floor there is a bright living room with a sofa (that can be turned into bed) and a very big and fully equipped kitchen.
The bedroom is wide and it's located in the basement where there is one bathroom. You will love the bed: it's very big and comfortable!
In the upper level you will find a room with a sofa (turnable in bed as well) and a bathroom with a tank.
There is also a small garden and a balcony.
All the windows have mosquito nets.
The wifi is superfast.
My home is suitable for people who travel alone, couples, but also for groups of friends (up to six persons)...and if you have your pets with you, they are welcome!
In the house there are no television nor air conditioning nor washing machine. However the kitchen is fully equipped (also with dishwasher and microwave) and there are the heaters.
As the house is the home where I live, I ask you PLEASE to respect the place and my belongings.
You can use my small garden that is encircled by climbing jasmine (in spring when they bloom they have scented beautiful white flowers) and there are some mediterrean plants like lavender, sage, rosemarin, oregan...
When it's not cold, it's nice to relax in the big balcony from where you can have the beautiful scenery of the Appenini mountains and the city of Tivoli that hangs down the mountain. I often spend time having an aperitivo with friends in the balcony where there is a big outside sofa.
Interazione con gli ospiti
I usually travel a lot, but if I'm not abroad I'm more than happy to help you. So, if you need advices, information, requests or if you want to organize a tour somewhere, please just ask.
Don't hesitate to ask if you want me to call a taxi for you (there are also big taxis in case you are more than 4 people).
If you are a small group (up to 7 people) there is also the oportunity to rent a van with the driver to visit the sorrounding of Rome or even other Italian cities in a day trip.
