Locating in very good location, seahouses huahin poolvilla is one of a few pool villas that you can walk to the beach and is near every thing you need!
If you come with more than 5 or 6 people in your group and need house in good location with " pool " .This house is exactly what you need.
One storey is child and elder f-r-i-endly no need to walk up and down the stairs.
Although seahouse locate in center of the town,the area nearby is still in the peaceful and quiet environment.Inside the house,area around the pool is fantastic for sitting and chilling out.The deck of the pool is made from wood which will give you the sense of staying in the midst of nature.With beautiful ,nice layout and spacious area,seahouse huahin poolvilla is the place for you to have a ralaxing and private retreat with friends and family.
Every single room in the house has pool view and easy access to the pool so this might be very favor for children and ones who love to swim.Moreover the pool is salt water pool so it is safe and clean to your skin.

This house has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathroom (one bathroom in each bedroom and one restroom besides pool)
Room no.1 -- 1 king size bed
Room no.2 -- 1 king size bed
Room no.3 -- 1 queen size bed and 1 bunk bed ( 3 FT')
Room no 4 -- 2 queen size bed and 1 bunk bed (3 FT)

1 kitchen European style with oven,stove,microwave,kettle and kitchen ware
1 kitchen outside Thai style
1 living room with TV, Sofa , internet with pool view.

IMPORTANT :
1.**The rental price is not include electricity.**
Electricity charge is 5 Baht/unit extra.
In average, a group of 8-12 people is around 500 to 800 per day depending on how your group usage behavior is.
Energy saving is for the sake of our world :)
2.**Please fill up the number of adults and children coming in your group correctly. The people more than 5 will have an extra charge.
***OUTSIDE GUESTS OR GUESTS WHO HAVEN'T BOOKED ARE NOT ALLOW TO BE INSIDE THE HOUSE even though they don't stay overnight.
Our property are not welcome unexpected guests.If it is found that the number of guests exceeded what is stated in the booking or there are unexpected guests, there would be a fine.Therefore if there are changes in the number of guests coming, please adjust it in the booking, or let us know at least one day before checking in.
3.**No daily cleaning service.
The cleaning fee is for cleaning only once our guest checking out.
The house cleaning during the stay is on request with extra charge.
The bed linens can be changed during your stay on request with extra charge.

เนื่องจากบ้านหลังนี้สร้างขึ้นมาด้วยจุดประสงค์ที่จะต้อนรับกลุ่มครอบครัว/เพื่อน/ผู้ร่วมงานที่มาพักผ่อนอย่างสงบเท่านั้นและบ้านอยู่ในโซนบ้านพักอาศัย มีเพื่อนบ้านข้างเคียง เราอยู่กันด้วยความถ้อยทีถ้อยอาศัยเสมอมา จึงขอเรียนแขกทุกท่านให้ทราบว่ากรุณางดเสียงดังหลัง 22.00 น. หากพบว่ามีปัญหาเสียงดังหลังเวลาดังกล่าว จะถือว่าผู้เช่าทำผิดข้อตกลงและขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกการเช่าโดยไม่มีการคืนเงิน

Hello,
My name is Kittipong and my nickname is Yook.
My family had moved to Huahin 30 years ago for doing pineapple farm and they're still doing it til now. For me, I have been doing many things before and now Airbnb is becoming my main job. Therefore most of the time while guests are staying at my Airbnb villa, I also stay not far and try my best making myself available anytime to support my them in case they need any help especially when something unexpected happening. I always aware that the holiday time of my guests is very important, most of them take so much effort and time flying from their country to my house. Therefore my main mission is to provide my guests the smoothest and worry free holiday. In case if I really could not be here, I will assign this responsibility to someone to do it instead of me.

Other than doing Airbnb, I am also interested in many other things that help me develop myself to be better human being, more happy, more peaceful, more understanding, more love and more caring.

I have been seriously learning what Lord Buddha would like us to learn and to know for more than 10 years including principle and meditation practice.
The style of meditation practice that I love is call "Dynamic Meditation".

Furthermore, I have been learning Enneagram (Personality Type) for more than 8 years. It helps me understanding myself and people around me more deeper. Understanding what type I am and others are and what patterns are working inside of us make me less judging and more understanding and compassionate.

Presently I am engrossed in the work of Virginia Satir, owner of the statement "Peace within, Peace between, Peace among" who I respect the most as my spiritual mother. I also have been training to be therapist like her.

The last thing I would like tell you about myself is Homeschooling.
I believe in freedom of learning so I am doing homeschool with 2 of my children 13 and 9 years old. I would like to give them to freedom to learn what they love and be meaningful to them.

My life is going around 5-6 things stated above.
I hope we can exchange some idea and experience when we meet.
I love to learn new things, new experience and new perception.
