Large quiet immaculate 1 bed apt. in excellent location a short walk to the Balcon de Europe & Old Town. It's just off the Carabeo & steps from the Carabeo & Carabeillo beaches. The Apt. is comfortable & secure with free WIFI, Air Conditioning, UK TV & has 2 Toilets for convenience. There are 2 communal terraces (rarely used) for sunbathing with spectacular views over Nerja, the sea & mountains. Ideal for a couple (incl baby/toddler) or people with walking difficulties. No car required.

Lo spazio
Access is via a quiet side road, through a secure entrance. The property is on the ground floor of a very well maintained & attractive low rise (3 floor) building. It is located on the Prolongación de Carabeo next to the Parador area. My apt is very clean, modern, airy and spacious. On entering the property, you find a well-equipped fully fitted kitchen on your left, with American breakfast bar & granite counter top open to the lounge. The spacious lounge has doors which lead to the west facing enclosed terrace, with security windows, giving you the option of enjoying a meal with the late afternoon sunshine. A shower room with WC, vanity unit, heated towel rail, press and hidden washing machine. There is also a separate cloakroom/2nd toilet The bedroom has twin beds (King sized bed option on request), side board, bedside tables with reading light, hair dryer and built in wardrobe, ceiling fan and air conditioning, TV. A double door leads to the private dining terrace.
The property also has access to a communal east facing terrace with stone built benches and tables as well as a large communal roof terrace on the top floor.

Two double seater sofas, coffee table & side boards, flat screen Satellite TV (incl. UK & Spanish channels ), DVD player and a selection of DVDs & CDs, free standing reading lamp, wooden sideboard, ceiling fan, free standing fan, air conditioning, double patio doors to private terrace

Fully equipped, with dishwasher, electric oven, electric hob, large fridge / freezer, juicer, microwave, kettle, toaster, wide selection of dishes, pots and pans.

Bedroom:
Twin beds,( which can also be made up as a king size - 6 foot- bed) bedside tables and lamp, chest of drawers, built in wardrobe, Tv, music system, DVD player, ceiling fan, air conditioning, patio doors to terrace

Dining Terrace: Table with 4 chairs, 2 sun chairs, ceiling fan.

Bathroom:
Shower with glass doors, free standing sink, large mirror, washing machine, WC.

Cloak room: 2nd WC, sink, mirror

In addition: Iron , ironing board and hairdryer

Outside:
Communal roof terrace with two private sun loungers and low table, outside shower, with sun all day. The roof terrace is very private and unlikely to be used by anyone else. East facing communal Andalusian terrace with stone built benches and tables, benefiting from afternoon shade. Private west facing enclosed terrace with dining table, chairs and ceiling fan.
Note: Access to the apartment is wheelchair friendly, with lift to the Andalusian terrace, and the huge roof terrace is by lift and part steps.

Free WIFI & AC included. This one bedroom apartment is particularly spacious (72 sq. meters) and has all the living space of a well built two bedroom apartment, except for the second small bedroom, which is now used as a private lock up. The building is very quiet as it does not have a pool. The apt has the advantage of being on the ground floor, is secure, very accessible and has the convenience of a second toilet. Perfect for a couple and would also suit anyone with walking difficulties. It would also be very suitable & safe for a young baby/toddler. Recommended Age 30+ (no car necessary).

Air Conditioning in lounge & in bedroom. Also 3 ceiling fans & 1 free standing fans. Security gate & window grills as a healthy alternative to A/C allow the free flow of air through apartment day & night with windows & front door left open.

Rental agreement required.

Why this location?
Uniqueness, so many nice beaches/coves untouched by development, breathtaking views, mountains, walks. So close to restaurants & shops, traditional free tapas, working Spanish town, climate & ease of access (the Florida of Europe climate wise!), no need for a car.

The property is our home from home with multi holiday periods spent there every year in all seasons and Nerja never disappoints us. We bought here because of the super location and the unique Spanish feel that Nerja still retains.
Nerja, is correctly known as the "Jewel of the Costa del Sol" with its stunning scenery and many beaches. It is situated 52 kms east of Malaga but unlike many other areas particularly West of Malaga it is not overly commercialised, busy or high rise. It is home to the famous Caves of Nerja and the Balcon de Europe.
The countryside around Nerja has plenty to offer walkers, cyclists, horse riders, paragliders and bird watchers.

This is a quality property in a fantastic central location very close to shops, bars, restaurants, beaches, the Balcon de Europa & all the other amenities Nerja has to offer. The Milenio building is located next to Nerja's oldest and prettiest street Calle Carabeo. This lovely 1 bed apt is very spacious on the ground floor of a beautifully maintained small modern complex of just 27 apts on 3 floors. It is situated in a particularly quiet and safe area and yet very close by are traditional Spanish restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, internet café, launderette, and adjacent to the old market area containing a handful of genuine Spanish tapas bars and restaurants. There are 2 beaches within a 3 minute walk and the famous Burriana beach is about a 5 minute walk along the beach or via the Parador pedestrianised walkway near by. Nearly all of the main restaurants are within 2 to 5 minutes’ walk away on the flat with no hills. It has beautiful sea and mountain views from its very large communal roof terrace, very private and practically unused along with a second communal terrace, a traditional Andalusian East facing terrace enjoying morning sun and afternoon shade.
