THIS IS NOT LIKE ANY OTHER SAND DOLLAR APARTMENT!
This high-end 2200+ sqft apartment was designed as the primary residence of Sand Dollar's developer. It's a 3 bedroom condo converted into a 2 bedroom with immense living spaces. And unlike usual Sand Dollar dormitory-style apartments, this apartment is really private. It's private because it's the whole second floor of the building.
The reef is right in front and it's a Bonaire classic. According to years of REEF surveys, Bari Reef, as it is called, has more biodiversity than other reefs in Bonaire. Your morning snorkel will be great, your daytime and night dives will be exceptional.
There are no roads or public access between you and the water. Sand Dollar Resort is the largest oceanfront community in Bonaire with long pathways along the waterfront. And it's quiet! The sounds of development are elsewhere.
The apartment was recently renovated and has a new kitchen, bathrooms, furniture, tiles, doors & windows.
The apartment is cool and breezy and completely screened in - mosquito free. Full time night time security guards patrol the premises.
Both bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans and have king size beds & en suite bathrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped with black granite countertops, dishwasher, oven, oversized cooktop, ice maker, Senseo coffee machine, blenders, toasters, microwave... the list goes on.
Internet, wifi and cable tv all included. There is a television in each bedroom and an IPhone speaker dock. There is a washing machine and digital safe.
For scuba divers, there is a large dive locker and rinse tank on the ground floor.
The resort facilities include

Airport transfers both from and to are included in the price. Weekly towel & linen change and cleaning are included for reservations of 2 weeks and longer. A $6.50 per guest per night tourist tax is also included in the price.

You have an option of a king size bed or 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom.
Air conditioning in the bedrooms is for use when the bedrooms are occupied and with the windows and doors closed. Anything above $10 per day for electricity is abnormal and will be at the cost of the renter.
