Lo spazio
Unser Casa Gemelli ist eine liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung in einer modernen Ferienanlage direkt am Ufer des Luganersees mit Blick auf den energetischen Kraftberg Monte Caslano und die Seeenge von Lavena Ponte Tresa.
Unser Gästezimmer bietet eine bequeme Schlafcouch für bis zu 2 Personen mit einem Nachttisch, einer Kleiderstange und einer kleinen Schreibtischecke.
Das auf dem Flur angrenzende großzügige Bad ist zur privaten Nutzung und verfügt über ein Tageslichtfenster, eine Badewanne, WC, Bidet, Waschbecken und eine nach Absprache gemeinsam nutzbare Waschmaschine.
Da wir ein angemeldetes Home Restaurant haben ist die Küche nicht für Externe nutzbar. Es können aber Frühstück, Snacks, Mittagessen und Abendessen über unser Home Restaurant Cucina Gemelli bestellt und im Wohnraum serviert werden. Da wir aus Liebe zu allen Tieren und Mutter Erde vegan leben, gestatten wir keinerlei tierische Produkte in unserer Casa Gemelli.
Auf der Terrasse ist ein eigener kleiner Bereich der genutzt werden kann.
Der Außenpool und die Liegewiese der Yachting Residence können mitgenutzt werden.
Da wir selber zwei kleine Hunde haben können wir leider keine weiteren Hunde akzeptieren.

Our Casa Gemelli is a lovingly furnished apartment in a modern holiday complex directly on the shore of Lake Lugano, with a view of the energetic power mountain Monte Caslano and the sea gate of Lavena Ponte Tresa.
Our guest room offers a comfortable sofa bed for up to 2 people, a nightstand, a clothes rail, and a small writing area.
The spacious bathroom adjacent to the hallway is for private use and features a daylight window, a bathtub, toilet, bidet, sink, and a washing machine that can be used jointly upon agreement.
Since we have a registered home restaurant, the kitchen is not available for external use. However, breakfast, snacks, lunch, and dinner can be ordered through our home restaurant Cucina Gemelli and served in the living area.
Because we live vegan out of love for all animals and Mother Earth, we do not allow any animal products in our Casa Gemelli.
On the terrace, there is a small private area that can be used.
Furthermore, the outdoor pool and sunbathing area can be used.
As we do have two little dogs we are not able to accept any other animal.

La nostra Casa Gemelli è un appartamento arredato con cura in un moderno complesso turistico direttamente sulle rive del Lago di Lugano, con vista sulla montagna energetica Monte Caslano e lo stretto di Lavena Ponte Tresa.
La nostra camera degli ospiti offre un comodo divano letto per un massimo di 2 persone, con un comodino, un appendiabiti e un piccolo angolo scrivania. Il bagno spazioso adiacente al corridoio è ad uso privato e dispone di una finestra luminosa, vasca da bagno, WC, bidet, lavabo e una lavatrice utilizzabile su richiesta.
Dal momento che abbiamo un Home Restaurant registrato, la cucina non è disponibile per gli esterni. Ma è possibile ordinare colazione, snack, pranzo e cena attraverso il nostro Home Restaurant Cucina Gemelli e farli servire nella zona giorno.
Poiché viviamo vegani per amore di tutti gli animali e della Madre Terra, non consentiamo alcun prodotto animale nella nostra Casa Gemelli.
Sulla terrazza c'è una piccola area privata che può essere utilizzata.
Inoltre può essere utilizzato l'area piscina e il prato per prendere il sole.
Dal momento che abbiamo due piccoli cagnolini non possiamo accettarne altri.
