Hi Jay, Thank you for your feedback. I am very sad to hear about the difficulties you had at the airport finding your transport to the villa. We are subcontracting this service to a transport company. We have been using the same company for four years, without a single incident. All previous reviews are there to attest to that. When I heard about your ordeal, I immediately inquired with the owner of the transport company. The system is place is quite simple and effective. There is a man waiting at the exit with a sign on which is written the name of the guest and the name of the vila. Once the guest has finds the man with the sign, this man contacts the van. The van gets to the loading area, takes care of the guests, and leaves. The owner of the transport company was adamant that the system was in place, as usual. I cannot explain why you could not find him, but he was there. Kai, the villa manager, who is not at the airport, but waiting for you in the villa, was on call, with his phone on, as he knows that the guest might call. I do not know why you cold not reach him. When you did reach him, realizing that you were already out, but unable to find the man with the sign, he then called the transport company, got the plate number of the van, and gave it to you. Now, for some reason I cannot explain, you went into a van with a different number plate. The wrong van cannot bring you to the right place. Fortunately, the mistake was discovered soon enough, and you were transferred to the right van. Concerning the list of refreshments you gave us to buy, it had not been bought in advance. Kai didn't read your email carefully enough. There was an oversight. We apologize for that. However, when you mentioned to him about the list when you were calling him from the van, he immediately went to buy some refreshment for you. Additional to that, we completely waived all charges and offered your the refreshments complimentarily. Again, I do understand why you felt frustrated , and I apologize for that.
