You will love the downtown location of this condo. It is half a block to the beach and 1 block from 5th Avenue. The condo has a rustic Mexican decor and is very comfortable with spacious rooms and living areas. There is a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and 2 full bathrooms.
This is where you want to be if you’re looking to be close to the beach and all the great restaurants and nightlife in Playa while not being bothered by noise and hordes of people on the street. The condo is located on a quiet part of 1st Avenue, around the corner from Indigo Beach Club. Because it is on the 3rd floor you’ll always have a nice breeze from the ocean, no need to run the AC during the day or at night. The condo has all amenities you’ll need for a relaxing vacation: satellite TV, hi speed wireless internet, washer / dryer, cleaning service, fully equipped kitchen and gas BBQ on the balcony. The condo has 2 bedrooms with a king and a queen bed and 2 full bathrooms. Thanks to a futon in the living room it can sleep up to 6 people. The rooftop has a nice deck with great ocean views but since it is so close to the beach you’ll find yourself enjoying the sea and sand instead of just looking at it from a distance.
You'll have access to the entire condo plus the communal rooftop terrace

I'm originally from Amsterdam but in 1999 I chose the sunny skies of Playa del Carmen, Mexico. The same year I became a PADI dive instructor and the following years I spent a lot of time swimming around in the beautiful Caribbean waters. In 2006 I got the opportunity to look after a beautiful villa in Playacar. This is when I found out this work suited me really well. The rest is history, I started a property management and vacation rental business called Latido de Mexico. Now, 10 years later I'm still enjoying my job and my life in Playa del Carmen.
