As you can see from previous reviews this has never happened before and we did everything from the outset to rectify the start of your stay.
We had been let down prior to your arrival (not your fault I appreciate), however a cleaner was immediately organised and any uncleanliness was fixed and no longer applicable, so I am upset by your ongoing comments. Except for dishwasher tablets (never before requested), other cleaning materials were available.
You mention lack of furniture, the photos in our listing show the furniture included. Instructions were sent via Airbnb regarding the boiler which also provided ideas of where to visit and eat within the area.
If we have the house up for sale, this is not affecting anything - no viewings are ever arranged whilst someone is staying at the property. Someone (you know to be my husband) arrived on the last morning you were at the property - one hour prior to you leaving, to sort a couple of items at the property as that was the only time he had available driving up from London. We did agree this with you in advance.
We did a partial refund of funds to you, as did Airbnb and we did offer, should you not be satisfied to not only refund all funds paid, but also to assist with you to locate other accommodation, however it was your choice to remain in our property.
