Modernized apartment in a quiet neighbourhood about 5 km from the Central Railway Station. The apartment has 2 floors and a basement. In the basement there is a sauna. Other areas include 4 bedrooms with 8 beds and 2 sofas.
This is not just a flat but own house with a big backyard. There are just two apartments in the house, this one is about 120 square meters in 3 floors (including basement). The flat has a big terrace with a huge garden.
The access to the apartment works with a code. If I am not able to come to meet you at the start of your stay you can enter the apartment with the code. This also allows quick entry. If you need accommodation even on the same day it is usually possible.
Enjoy the flat! It is a great place to have fun with basically no neighbours who might complain.
Have fun but known that this is a home and NOT a hotel room, so treat it accordingly. Pay special attention to the kitchen surfaces which can be easily damaged.
Keep it clean. You are not charged a separate cleaning fee, therefore you are expected to leave the apartment at the same conditions as it was on arrival time.
Accidents can happen, so if something breaks / something unexpected happens, please notify me as soon you can, so we can figure out what to do.
I appreciate taking your shoes off inside as in all Finnish homes off inside, thank you!
I expect guests to collect their trashes in the trash bin and at the end of the stay to carry the trashes to the outside trash dumper.
Please put dirty dishes into the dish washer and if you have time switch it on.
If you have sheets and towels by the house (this can be agreed case by case) please remove them from the beds and put into a laundry box in the basement.
Please have in mind that there might be another group checking in right after you and it may be impossible for the host to make a total cleaning at the apartment. Please leave the place in shape as you would like it to be when you check-in. I organise a heavier cleaning whenever it is possible but on a hot season it is sometimes difficult.
I'm an open minded urban traveller and a big fan of Airbnb. I've done 37 countries already and more to come - "why do we need hotels anymore"
