Situated down a quiet residential lane a stones throw from leafy Dartmouth Square and Grand Canal, this light-filled double bedroom is the perfect base for exploring Dublin city.
As well as the sunny south-facing bedroom guests are free to make use of the rest of the house as if it is their own; relax in the light-filled sitting room or spend a few hours in the back-garden where you can sit and have a drink at the picnic bench or pick some fresh veg to cook up in the kitchen! There are also two bathrooms, a downstairs toilet and a bath/shower room upstairs.

Whatever the guests wish for. We can show you our favourite local spots or let you discover them for yourselves. A designer/actor/photographer household so very open and friendly, but also respect your need for privacy if so desired!
A five minute walk through Ranelagh Gardens leads you to lively Ranelagh village, where you'll find great restaurants, bars, pubs, shops, and one of the best coffeeshops in the city. Nearby, Rathmines and Portobello also offer some great spots for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks!
To get into the city centre a ten minute tram ride or a leisurely 20 minute stroll brings you to the Grafton Street area where all your shopping needs will be satisfied, and to get away from it all you can lose yourself in the leafy haven of St. Stephen's Green. Alternatively you can walk or rent a Dublin Bike and head down bustling Camden Street, onto Georges Street and into Temple Bar where you'll find cultural organisations, galleries, and theatres a-plenty, as well as a few not so jammed pubs and bars, and some great vintage and second hand clothing stores!
Un giro nei dintorni
Ranelagh is easily reached from Dublin Airport via the Aircoach bus service, and the Leeson Street stop is only five minutes walk from the house. Alternatively there are a few city bus services which will get you to the house with one bus change along the way. A taxi is the easiest but most expensive option. Depending on availability, we can offer to pick you up from the airport and bring you back to the house for €20.
Public transport options connecting Ranelagh to the city centre are the green Luas tramline, a couple of bus services, and the Dublin Bike rental scheme. More details can be provided once booking is confirmed.

We have a lovely cat, Yeta, who goes for wanders during the day but stays in at night. If inside during the day he likes to lounge about the house but sleeps in the kitchen at night. If you have an allergy or an aversion to cats, our place might not be the best for you!

My name is Liadain and I live and work in Dublin, Ireland. I'm one half of The Market Kitchen, a weekly market stall at the Temple Bar Food Market serving up simple yet delicious fare using the best of Irish produce the market has to offer. I'm also a costume designer and maker of things!
I love to travel, meet new people and engage with new cultures. I love the arts, food, music, cycling, walking, and any adventure that waits around the corner.
I live in a beautiful little house with my sister Kasia, her boyfriend Eddie and our cat Yeta. As I travel often for work, sometimes for long periods, sometime short, we've decided to rent out my room for the periods that I'm away. Send us a message to enquire and hopefully we can accommodate your request!
