This charming family owned farm house apartment offers extremely good value spacious accommodation. There are a total of 10 beds and the apartment covers a massive 135 sq m of spacious chalet style living. The apartment is situated on the first floor and has a large south facing balcony which runs the length of the sitting room as well as having access to a garden.
We hope that the photos give you a better look at the apartment and the surrounding area. This is not a commercially designed enterprise but a 'family' based home that we hope you may enjoy sharing with us.

There are a total of four bedrooms.
Two bedrooms can be made up as doubles or twins.
The other two bedrooms have 3 beds each, which means they can be made up as all singles or 1 double and 1 single bed in each room.
The 11th bed is in the opening plan sitting room/dinning area.

Summer makes Vallons a perfect family holiday destination – ideal for those who have a passion for the outdoors. This is not an ugly purpose built ski resort but an authentic alpine farming village set in glorious alpine meadows with the gentle clanging of the cow bells drifting over the fields. White water rafting, horse riding, high ropes course in the tree tops, tennis, mountain biking, swimming (in the outdoor swimming pool or in a nearby lake), walking and rock climbing are all at your doorstep, as is the picturesque village of Samoens with its famous open air market, medieval fountain and botanical gardens.

Vallons is an all year round mountain resort in the Grand Massif ski area which caters for skiers of all standards with more than 134 different pistes from palest blue to demanding black. Our apartment is just 50 yards from the bus stop to the ski lifts in Samoens and Morillion and an easy drive to Annecy, Chamonix and Megeve. It is the perfect venue for spring, summer, autumn and winter activities as well as exploring the beautiful Valle du Giffre and the national park of Sixt Fer a Cheval. While the main attractions in winter are skiing and boarding also on offer in the area is ice skating, cross country skiing, snow shoe walking and paragliding.

Please note that there is a metal staircase, which leads down to the flat and it might be difficult for too small children or elder guests.
1. The property sleeps nine people only. Nine people is the maximum number of people allowed in the property at any one time.
2. Please respect the fact that this is a residential area. Noise must be kept to a respectable level at all times so not to disturb the neighbours.
3. Absolutely strictly no parties allowed whatsoever. Guests who violate this rule will be asked to leave the property immediately.
4. No pets/animals please in the flat or in the building.
5. Smoking is not allowed in this apartment whatsoever.
6. Valid Identification, in the form of a passport, photo driving licence or national identification card (with photo) will be required from all guests at check in. Please note that we will not be able to exchange keys without a valid for of identification.
The check in cannot be completed by anyone other than the main guests checking in, whose names must be submitted to us prior to check in. To prevent fraud and to comply with our insurance, Keys cannot under any circumstances be given to a third party.
We understand that sometimes flights are sometimes late at night, early in the morning or sometimes delayed. However for very late or early check ins it is necessary to charge a fee: This is to cover the cost of sending someone to your property outside of normal working hours. London is a big city, travel at night or early morning is not always easy, and our greeters often come from quite far away to check you in.
Our charges are outlined below:
7 - 8pm and 8 - 9am: £25
8 - 10pm and 7 - 8am: £30
10 - 11:30pm and 6 - 7am: £50
1am - 6am: £60
Late check out is available on request, subject to availability and could be arranged for an extra charge. Please ask for details
Mid-stay cleaning is available on request, subject to availability and could be arranged for an extra charge. Please ask for details
The security deposit is fully refundable within 3 working days of check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
