My place is in Continental Country Club, close to the Oakmont restaurant, Bear Paw Recreation Center, Flagstaff Mall, Auquaplex, Flagstaff Athletic Club, shops, dining & movie theater. You’ll love my place because of the location, and the outdoors with grill, outdoor area, picnic table and umbrellas, swingset and kids trampoline. The ambiance and neighborhood are welcoming! You truly feel the pines here! Great for couples, solos, business trips, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).
We are featuring our guest home here. There is a concrete pad to park on (there is no parking on the driveway of the main house). The walkway thru the gate, under the trellis, leads you to the French door entry to our guest unit. There is an outdoor patio with a grill, lounge area and picnic table so you can enjoy the outdoors! 2 bedrooms and sleeper sofa, 1 bath, laundry closet, full kitchen and cozy living room await inside!
Guests will have access to the guest house which is fully stocked with kitchen supplies, games, movies, toys for the kids, and we stock the shower with shampoo/conditioner and body soap. There is a queen bed, a daybed with trundle and sleeper sofa. There is a grill and outdoor patio area. We do leave some of our own clothing items and pantry items in the unit but there is plenty of room for guests and we ask that you kindly ignore what is there! Our guests have been wonderful in respecting the unit and our things! We appreciate that so very much!

We do not live in Flagstaff, but we do have access to property managers in the area that we contract with when needed should there be a problem. Please call us with any and all property related items, do not go to the main house. The main house is occupied and they are not to be bothered in any way regarding the unit.
Should an issue arise or repair be necessary call us ASAP and we will coordinate this. Because we do not live in the area and contracting out with the property managers can be expensive, please be considerate with what deems necessary to contact us. Thank you.

The home is broken into a main house and a guest house. The main house is occupied. The guest house is what is showcased here. Parking is the parking pad, east of the main driveway. There is no parking allowed on the main driveway. Access to the guest house is up the path, under the trellis gate to the French doors. There is a lockbox on the door to allow entrance and the lockbox code will be sent to you within 24hrs of checkin to secure the safety of the unit and guests. The yard is fenced, although very tiny dogs may find areas to wiggle under. Thank you

It is tenants responsibility to remove uneaten food from the fridge and all trash from unit before checking out. All dishes should be loaded in the dishwasher and started to give our cleaner a head start in turning the unit over. Beds that have been slept in should be stripped so the cleaner knows what to launder and towels left in the tub or hanging over the shower bar if wet. Thank you for your assistance and cooperation!
