******New lowered price!!!****** Charming "Tiny Home" (Casita) - located right ON the beach! Beach access directly from your deck. The interior has traditional MX colors and the the deck is truly ON the sand. You can't get any closer to the beach. The casita is within walking distance to the pier and numerous bars and restaurants, yet far enough away that you are not near the people who go to Rosarito "solely to party."
This "Tiny House" (not super tiny) is located ON the beach. The 3' deck gate opens directly onto the sand. You can absolutely not get any closer to the ocean than you will be at this casita!! This is a wonderful location to come to wiggle your toes in the sand and forget about your typical daily routines and to forget about anyone, or anything, other than yourself and your loved ones. The house is close enough to still walk nearly anywhere in town if you so choose to take a stroll. Horses are for rent along the beach (at a very reasonable cost). The horses and their owners pass by the house every so often. If you want to ride them, simply flag the owners over, and they will come right over to pick you up. Taxis and the Uber services are available too.
The small white convertable table expands and can make a small dining tables.
Complete "Tiny House" and a beach front deck as well as one parking space with the rental.
You may have a bonfire on the beach legally. Just throw sand on the fire when you're done.. The easiest thing I've found is to go purchase a bundle of wood from Smart and Final (which is just north of the house on the main road that runs through (URL HIDDEN) is super close). There should be metal/tin, marshmellow melting sticks in the kitchen.
If you choose to set off any fireworks, legally, you must be away from ALL homes, and only light them in the area between the beach garbage cans and the ocean (the sand garbage cans are located on the sand, approximately half way between the houses and the ocean water). You should easily see them.
There should also be plenty of safe drinking water for you. Our cleaning person has our few large bottles refilled when each renter leaves, and when she cleans the house.
Please just be sure to read the "HOUSE RULES," and then have a fabulous time! :)

Many residents are bilingual (Spanish/English), and are quite willing to provide suggestions regarding restaurants and/or local activities upon request.

If any unforeseen problems that are beyond our control arise due to ACTS OF MOTHER NATURE or MEXICO'S PUBLIC UTILITIES, there will not be any refund issued. Note: We have NEVER had any problems or complaints from any renter regarding this situation, but we are aware that on a rare occasion, Mexico does perform street construction that sometimes does affect water pressure, etc. for short periods of time.

All dirty laundry, including used blankets and bedding may be left in a pile in the bathroom area.). Also, be certain to return ALL beach chairs, cushions, beach umbrella and/or any other items you may have taken out to the deck back to the interior of the house, or to the shed (basically, return items to whenever you initially found them so that the next person can locate the items if desired). 6. And, we must agree to it as well. 7. No smoking inside of home. You may smoke outside on the deck, but please be responsible with your cigerette butts. 8. There will be a $125.00 fee if the keys are lost. NOTE: We are not responsible for any personal losses that you may experience if you choose to leave your personal items unattended on the beach front deck overnight, or otherwise. And, for the comfort and security of all neighbors, please be considerate of all those who reside within our community full-time. Under no circumstance, invite or willingly allow strangers into the house for any reason, or onto the shared community premises (this is a mutually agreed upon policy between myself and my community neighbors and is quite important to all residents). 8. Most importantly, enjoy yourselves, and have a wonderful vacation! Soak up the sun, intently relax and again have fun!
