You will enjoy a comfortable stay in a 2-bedroom and 1-bathroom upscale open concept apartment. If you enjoy being on a quiet residential street just steps from Downtown (800m) and the Bow River (600m), then you are in luck! The space is perfect for groups of 4 to 5 and can accommodate as many as 6. The two bedrooms each have a plush queen bed for your comfort. The open concept, high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows only add to the beauty of the space. There is an over sized patio that is surrounded by beautiful landscaping, but let's not forget the BBQ that is available for your use! Full access to Netflix for a night in and wireless keyboard and mouse at your disposal.

If you happen to be in town for Stampede, the grounds are only 1.8km away!

This is a home and not a hotel. We keep our rates very low compared to hotels in the area, and in return we ask you to kindly treat this space with as much care as your own; refrain from smoking of any kind, no pets unless agreed upon prior to arrival, no parties, no loud music or bringing in extra guests (indicate the exact number of guest so that we can provide enough linens, etc.).

If anything is amiss, please let us know immediately so that we can solve the issue. Please DO NOT try to fix our appliances, consult the management, take or move any items without contacting us.

In the case that any permanent damage (including stains on linens which requires us to purchase new items) is found upon check out, extra charges will apply. Please also do not light candles or use any other fire hazards/products that may seriously damage the property.

We do not offer compensation in the rare event of an unforeseeable inconvenience at the building, such as maintenance on facilities (ex. Gym closed), fire alarms, water maintenance etc. If we get notification from the building in advance, we will not accept bookings without consent from the guest. We will always offer a full refund should the building require maintenance that renders the suite unusable.

If you do require an earlier check in or check out time please make this request in advance so that we can try to accommodate you. This might not be possible due to our cleaners availability and other reservations.

Guests wishing to bring pets, please check with us prior to finalizing your booking so that we can provide you with the building and suite pet-agreement.

Fines:
Lost Key - $150
Lost Keyfob - $300
Smoking in unit - $500 + eviction
Non-Pre Approved Pet on the property - $100 + additional cleaning charges.
Late Check-Out (unless requested ahead of time) - fine equal to one additional night.

Extra cleaning due to state of suite at checkout - $100 minimum.

Any damage to the apartment or contents of the apartment will be paid for at the guests expense. Additional fees for the inconvenience will apply. This may include the fee of all reservations lost or cancelled due to the damage.

생각보다 거실이 넓었고, 거실과 주방 침실 모두 너무 깨끗했습니다. 그리고 사용하지는 않았지만 간단한 음식도 있어서 너무 편리했고, 다운타운과 접근성도 가까워서 좋았습니다.

My Experience at Cole's place was fantastic. I had the opportunity to stay in his gorgeous 2 BDRM apt for a full working week (monday-friday). The place is pristine, in a great location at a decent price. It also helps that Cole is a great host who's attentive to your requests ( especially when you're new to the city).

Cole was an attentive host who went above and beyond when he had a drip coffee maker delivered within less than 24 hours. His two bdrm ground floor unit was spacious and well equipped. My husband and I enjoyed our 4 night stay especially: the underground secure parking, in suite washer-dryer, fully stocked kitchen including spices and condiments, huge big screen TV with HDMI access for our laptop, fast and secure WiFi and quiet location which was walking distance to several restaurants and pubs. Being on the ground floor we did feel a bit on display so had to keep the blinds drawn. The master bed is set quite high which as a late 50's woman I found challenging to get in and out of. Overall a 5 star experience.

It was wonderful. Cole and Zoe were very attentive and checked in to make sure everything was going well. I would highly recommend staying there, everything was as advertised. A very nice spot.
