Large modern apartment. Bright and spacious with off street parking. First floor apartment set in a block of 6, all privately owned.

Access to double room, family bathroom with bath and shower. Kitchen with use of cooker, dishwasher and fridge. Private off street parking. 5-10 minute stroll to York Minster and all historic attractions.

Guests will be met on arrival and shown around the apartment. Help will be on hand by either the host or local family members who live very near by.

This is an excellent location for a stroll into the City or access to major roads to the coast, Leeds or Harrogate. Local historic attractions are all within a 15 minute walk and York Station is 20 minutes. Although the apartment is set on a main road, windows absorb any traffic noise.

The city centre is very close and access to all public transport is within a 5 minute walk. The apartment is 5 minutes drive from the A64 one of the main roads into the city. The outer ring road of the A1079 is also a 5 minute drive.
Shopping centers: Monks Cross and Vanguard 5/10 minutes Drive, Clifton Moor Retail Park - 10 minutes and Designer Outlet at McCarthur Glen - 15 minutes drive. There are bus routes to all of these from the city centre.

Fresh, clean towels will be provided and the basic kitchen utensils and cleaning products are accessible. This is a private apartment that is in use by the proprietor during parts of the month so it is asked that guests respect this and leave as they find.

There will be some amenities such as the washing machine that will not be accessed but on request there will be an option of laundry for guests staying longer than 5 days.
This is a private home so it is expected that if additional guests are invited to visit for an evening that the proprietor is informed. There should be no loud music or additional guests sleeping.
