Abbot Kinney is only a block away & 1 mile from the apartment is the Venice Pier & Boardwalk, where a lot of the nightlife occurs.

This is a newly renovated/remodeled, downstairs, corner unit in an excellent location w/ keyless entry and air conditioning. I do provide 3 bicycles for our guests to enjoy. This apartment is 1 block from Abbot Kinney and 1 mile from the Venice Pier and Boardwalk. There are many options for a variety of restaurants and bars within walking distance, in fact steps from this apartment! Also Costco and In & Out are conveniently up the street as well.
I provide 3 new bicycles for my guests to enjoy. These are quite unique bikes, perfect for urban areas & compact spaces. They are adult folding bikes, that way they can be stored in the closet and not kept outside, so you're always ensured they are safe.

There usually is no issue with parking, as long as you park directly in front of the building. You are responsible though for reading all signs and knowing any restrictions. There is no parking permit necessary or parking meters. Some parts of the street vary with their restrictions though, but as previously stated, directly in front of the building is safe from any restrictions or the street directly behind the building (Harrison) is safe as well.
