This recently renovated south facing 3-story townhouse has panoramic views over Alboran Sea, hills and golf course, which can be seen from its sunroof, terraces and balcony. It has 3 bedrooms (2 with en-suite, 1 with own bathroom), 1 guest toilet, lounge-diner, kitchen, garage for 1 large car, private guest parking bays, communal pool and gardens.
It is within 15min walk to the beach, water sports, family-friendly activities, restaurants, great views, parks, golf and Port Cabopino, Marbella.

L'alloggio

The townhouse is located in secured and gated friendly community Residencial "Royal Cabopino", Urbanization Artola Alta, Marbella, only 25 minutes drive from Malaga airport, 15 minutes drive away from the city center of Marbella and 15 minutes walk to the beautiful beach, dunes, national park and Port Cabopino.
24-hour security covers the entire complex and the townhouse is professionally cleaned prior to every booking's commencement. There is also a 24-hour emergency number to call for any needs.

Dear Guests,
We have thought almost about everything to make your stay, safe, smooth, comfortable, pleasant, and hassle-free. From shampoo, shower gel, towels, 3 hair dryers to toilet paper in every bathroom you will have everything ready for your arrival. It is not our home. It is a place we have created for you to relax and enjoy.
Please enjoy it and let us know if anything you would love to see to be improved or added.
The townhouse is fully resisted at local town hall to provide short term accommodation and it is serviced by a local company which is located 5 min drive away with dedicated 24 hour phone line in case of any emergencies and needs for our guests.
You will be able to pick up and drop off the keys from townhouse at a lock box with a code provided to you before your arrival. After check-in in the lounge room you will find an information pack with all the info you may need during your stay.
The townhouse is cleaned after each guest. For long stays, if you require more beddings or towels please request and we will provide extra. We can also provide laundry and cleaning services according to your needs on request at extra charge.
You are more than welcome to use washer/dryer with detergent provided for your convenience.
Please have a look around when you checked in before going to the supermarket for something you may need.
Early and late check-in/-out are possible on request.
All utility bills are included in your stay.

A fully fitted kitchen with crockery, cutlery, glasses sets for 12 person, pans and pots, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, small mixer, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine will cater for all your breakfast and daily cooking needs.

The house is equipped with Satellite TV via Hotbird with at least one channel from almost every country, fast satellite Internet via Wi-Fi, DTV with Spanish and English soundtrack options, 2 large S/UHD TVs, PlayStation 4, safe, electric window shutters, washer, dryer, dishwasher, hoover, 24 hour response burglar and emergency alarm. Weber gas BBQ is available for you to use on the ground terrace.

Washing lines are installed on the 1st floor terrace and the sunroof for your clothes to dry. A tumble dryer is also available on the ground floor terrace for you to use.
A washing mashing machine is located in the basement bathroom so you can do you laundry at any time.

Lounge, kitchen and exit are conveniently located on the ground floor to allow you to enjoy your time without disturbing anybody's sleep.

Restaurants and 24h Pharmacy are located within a 10 min walk. Nearest supermarket within 3 min drive or 10 min walk.
HC Marbella International Hospital within 20 min drive.
Marbella city is 10 min drive away.

Это были потрясающие каникулы именно, благодаря Великолепному дому и потрясающему Хозяину Алексею. Все в доме было подготовлено для нас, идеальная и богато укомплектованная кухня, огромное количество бытовой техники и прочее. Дом - светлый, огромный, очень чистый. Алексей все время был на связи. Все его советы нам очень пригодились и помогли. Он все время нам помогал и шёл навстречу. Территория комплекса не очень большая, но закрытая и безопасная. Есть очень чистый бассейн. До пляжа пешком всего 15-20 минут, на машине - минуты 3. Пляж очень красивый, есть зона с голубым флагом. В пешей доступности есть супермаркеты и аптека. Все очень удобно. Сам район тихий и уютный.

Das Haus bietet sehr viel Platz. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgerüstet. Die ganze Liegenschaft ist mit Klimaanlage ausgerüstet und ist sehr ruhig gelegen.

Great property. Very clean, has absolutely everything you need right down to towels, soap, wifi, big TV's cutlery, crockery, expensive linen, high quality finish throughout. 15 min walk to marina. Couldn't fault the place. You will not be disappointed !! A credit to the owner.

The perfect stay. Facilities and house are ideal and spotless. I couldn't recommend it more. Alex was the ideal host, so helpful and always available. We can't fault it at all.

This place was exactly as described. It had everything you need (including a hair dryer, shampoo, towels etc...). I was very impressed by the modernness and cleanliness of the place and would recommend this place to anyone. Alex was also very responsive and answered any questions we had very quickly.
