My North Phoenix neighborhood is conveniently located near the Loop 101 and the SR-51, near the world-famous Musical Instrument Museum, Paradise Valley Mall, and Mayo Clinic. I am also only a short drive away from the exciting sights and sounds of downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale, and also from the adventures available north of Phoenix. You will enjoy your stay at my place!
Un giro nei dintorni
My listing is located within easy access to the Loop 101 and the SR-51 freeways, so getting around Phoenix from my location is easy. These freeways are wide and easy to drive on; and Phoenix has some of the best traffic to be found in major US cities.
Rental cars from a variety of companies are available nearby and from the Rental Car Center at Sky Harbor Airport. Turo is also a cost-effective car sharing solution that is frequently only slightly higher than city bus costs and far more convenient. Turos can usually be found for around $20/day. Ridesharing services such as Uber and Left are also highly affordable.
Public transportation is available, and the ValleyMetro Route 90 Bus line runs down Cave Creek Road and connects to the Phoenix light rail system, which connects to Downtown Phoenix and Sky Harbor International Airport. Public transportation can be painfully slow though, so please check the ValleyMetro website to determine whether using ValleyMetro is practical for your travel plans.
Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, which is almost always one of the top-10 rated passenger airports in the United States, is an easy 15-minute drive away from where I live. All major airlines who serve the greater Phoenix area except for Allegiant fly out of Sky Harbor. If you have questions about your flight or abotu the airport, please let me know and I will be happy to answer them!
My neighborhood is very safe, and crime rates in my immediate area are low, according to the Phoenix police department.

Hey, I'm a 25 year old software engineer and a lifelong Phoenix resident. Welcome to my hometown! I grew up here, work here, and graduated from college here, at Glendale Community College and at Arizona State University. I enjoy living life, which has brought my Scottish heritage together with a desert Southwest lifestyle in the unlikely mix that makes for a truly American experience. And now I have the fantastic opportunity to welcome guests from all across the world as an Airbnb host!
I love everything that Phoenix has to offer--did you know that Phoenix has more restaurants per capita than any other city in North America? Our thousands of restaurants offer world-class variety cuisine that is second to none. And we add a northern Sonoran Southwestern flair like nowhere else in the world, based on Arizona's one-of-a-kind heritage, history, and geography. Did you know that Arizona has a larger variety of flora and fauna than any other state in the USA? Or that what the Phoenix area was a thriving Hohokam metropolis 1000 years ago? Or that Phoenix hosts the world's largest musical instrument collection? Or an authentic western living history village? Or the funnest waterpark ever?
Experiencing the Phoenix culture also means going outdoors and exploring the breathtaking Sonoran desert from any of the myriad of hiking trails near Phoenix. Then, there is downtown Phoenix and downtown Scottsdale to explore, which host numerous attractions that the entire family will love. Or you can simply relax in the swimming pools and garden tub mineral bath that I offer!
Right now, I work from home, and while my schedule changes sometimes, I am a pretty flexible guy and am more than happy to accommodate guests, including traveling families. I enjoy getting to meet Airbnb guests from all corners of the world, and I trust that you will enjoy my place. Welcome!
