Situated right in centre of “Las Letras” Madrid, this gorgeous 3 bedroom apartment is bright, modern and stylish, and a wonderful choice for anyone looking for a central location during their time in the city. Located on Calle Atocha near of Jacinto Benavente square, a long street that perfectly captures the style and atmosphere of old Madrid, many of the capital´s most famous landmarks and must-see sights are within easy walking distance. The area is known for its excellent restaurants and traditional taverns, and there is no better neighborhood in the city in which to partake in the classic Madrileño pastime of enjoying some early evening drinks and tapas. The dynamic Puerta del Sol is the doorstep, the impressive royal palace are both nearby, and the recently refurbished Mercado de San Miguel - an elegantly glass-covered food market - is just around the corner and is the perfect place to pick up local delicacies. There are a number of metro and bus stops within easy reach, and a supermarket just in front the building doors that stocks everything guests may need during your stay. The apartment has been fully renovated to the highest standard, with a real emphasis on quality and style. The entire living space has been designed with open-plan living in mind, making it perfect for a group of friends or family. This property is located on the second floor, and there is lift.

Surface Area: 180 square meters. Second floor. The entrance leads into an open living dining room with 3 French windows facing out onto the street. This area is furnished with a 3-seater sofa bed, a side-table with lamp, 2 coffee tables, an armchair and a fashion rocking chair, the opposite side has another 3-seater sofa with a center table and a chaise long, a wooden coffee table, shelving with LCD TV. The dining table has seating for 6. The modern kitchen, right on the entrance hallway, is equipped with a fridge and a separate freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There are three bedrooms: the master suite consists of a double room (queen-sized bed 1.50m x 2.00m) a walking wardrobe and 2 windows with access to the master bathroom; 1 senior suite (queen-sized bed 1.50m x 2.00m) with walking dress room; and twin interior bedroom (with 2 single beds 0.90m x 2.00m. There is an additional service room in the aisle with the dryer and washing machine. There are two bathrooms more both with walk-in showers. There is laminated flooring throughout the apartment except for the bathrooms, which are both tiled.

Great flat in a very central location with a lot of interesting places within a close reach, food halls, museums, restaurants, shopping and so on. Fresh appartment which corresponds very well with the pictures. We give it our best reccomendations.

The apartment was very nice and convenient with a perfect location in Madrid close to the city center with all the attractions like Santa Ana and Plaza Mayor. The beds was confertable, and the sleeping rooms was quiet since they where located to the backyard. Overall a perfect stay, and the service from the host was excellent :-) I will definitely recommend this apartment for other guests.

O apartamento é maravilhoso! Dois quartos com cama de casal um deles com uma suíte e o terceiro quarto com duas camas de solteiro e tem outros dois banheiros com chuveiro . Cristina estava lá para nos receber e muito simpática nos deu as orientações. A localização é perfeita , do lado da Plaza Santa Ana , e pertinho da Puerta del Sol e Plaza Mayor. Tem um mercado na frente do apartamento! Tudo perfeito !

Before the reservation, I wrote to Cristina several times and asked many questions, Cristina always replied very very promptly and patiently. I arrived Madrid earlier than schedule, Cristina went to the apartment to push her team to complete house-cleaning faster. The apartment is very clean, very big, very well equipped & designed, very close to train station, and just few minutes by walking to Sol square + Many nice breakfast & dinner restaurants + Subway station + Shopping streets + Museums + Supermarket...... After check-in, Cristina continues offered great helps, that makes my families feel more even comfortable than at our own home. It is very very good luck to find Cristina on airbnb, and I sincerely recommend to the coming guests and all my friends!!!
