Brand new apartment with great modern facilities is located in North Melbourne. The convenient location is close to Royal hospital, Melbourne Uni, Melbourne zoo, Queen Victoria Market, Lygon Street and Flagstaff Garden.
Comfortable bedding stuff, a set of cookware and fully-furnished apartment would make you feel at home.
My place is good for business travelers, couples, families (with kids), and big groups.

L'alloggio

2 bedrooms apartment with quality, light and space has been of paramount importance, with views through to the enormous entertainers balcony . A flowing, open plan living, dining room, and kitchen, adds to the sense of space, while light floorboards add a dramatic decorator aesthetic. The sophisticated kitchen features state of the art stainless steel appliances, including gas cooktop and dishwasher. A set of cookware , fridge and microwave are also provided.

There are 2 queen size bed in two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. Happy Days start with a good night's sleep on a MLILY pillow and mattress! You will never regret of your smart choice. Memory Foam mattress that we used which worth around $2,000.

A sleek central bathroom, with massive walk in shower and framed mirror is both functional and minimalist in design while a separate laundry and additional storage provides highly practical spaces.
Shampoo, body wash, hand wash, hair dryer, towel, washing machine and dryer are all provided for you.

All facilities including gym room, sauna room, swimming pool, resting area and BBQ area are accessible.

If you have any further request (carpark, storage room and etc), kindly inform me 1 week before your arrival day. Car park spot is depend on its availability by charging $20 per day.

Great place to stay. Easy check in, nice and clean with a big balcony. Very central. Jame and Trish were great to deal with also and were very helpful

The location was excellent and made up for most of the negatives. The place wasn't cleaned properly, with dust and dirt in the shower, a dirty rug, dirty crockery and a spills on the coffee table. I was also disappointed with the dishonesty of the host as after we had checked in we were told that the building didn't allow short term stays and we would be penalised if we let the building management know that we were there. This made us feel unsafe.

Great location, clean, incredible ammenities. Only downside was we were only given one key which became an incredible hassle, as you can not go on the lifts to the pool etc without a key. As the place has two bedrooms you would expect there to be more than one key. Apart from that we had a wonderful stay.

Very clean, modern building and close to trams. It's managed by a few people so you have to communicate with different people but all responsive.
