Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately due to having extra unknown guests (which also weren’t notified or paid for), linen was supplied which hadn’t been properly ironed or prepared for you.
Our Apologies for this.
In regards to our hosting, We don’t like to disturb our guests, only say hello and introduce ourselves as we don’t want to interrupt the tranquility and peacefulness of our guests stay. We always make sure we tell our guests to contact us via phone or in person if they need anything at all during their stay though.
In regards to the directions to our property, we will look into this with Airbnb. I do leave detailed instructions once guests have booked with us via this website including directions directly from the airport and Melbourne city - but you may not have seen this.
We did, however, love having your family stay with us and hope that you can visit us again in the future. Good luck with the rest of your holiday - have fun!
