To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our properties but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions:

•SMOKING … This is a non smoking property – Should you be a smoker, please do so outside at all times and dispose of your butts completely – do not throw them in the garden.
•LOCKS AND REMOTES …The keys and remotes you are given are to open the front security gate and the garage underneath the complex. These are the only keys you require.
•SECURITY … Please lock all windows and doors when you are not at the property. Please make sure you lock the sliding doors to your balcony
•MAINTENANCE…Please report any maintenance issues to our office as soon as possible and we will endeavour to have this repaired as quickly as we can.
•PETS are strictly forbidden at this property.

•FURNITURE – Please do not move furniture in the property. If furniture is moved and any damage has been caused by the moving of furniture, the cost of repairs and moving to original position will be charged to your credit card upon check out.

•WET WEATHER…Living by the sea, along with experiencing long days with clear blue skies, we receive our fair share of spectacular storms and wild weather. This weather can sometimes come out of nowhere. We therefore ask that you ensure that all doors and windows are closed when you go out, especially during inclement weather.

•BBQ– We request that you please clean the barbecue after each use. If the cleaner needs to clean down the barbecue after check out, there may be an additional charge to your credit card. Please do not move the barbecue. Should you run out of gas during your stay, please let our office know as soon as possible so that it may be refilled.

Please do not download movies or series. The WIFI is just to be used for accessing emails and internet. Thank you.


•CHECK OUT IS STRICTLY 10AM. If you have not vacated the premises by 10am as this delays the cleaners, there will be a late checkout fee charged by way of your security bond.
•WINDOWS…Check all windows are fastened and all doors securely locked
•RUBBISH BINS…All bins (kitchen and bathrooms) are to be emptied and rubbish placed in wheelie bins. Please ensure recycle garbage is placed in the bins with the Yellow lids.
•LIGHTS…Check all lights are turned off and any air conditioning units.
•FRIDGE…Please clean out and ensure both fridge and freezer doors are closed properly.
•KEYS … Keys are to be returned to our office upon check out. Please do not leave keys at the property unless prior arrangements have been made. Should keys be left at the property a Key Retrieval fee of $25.00 will be charged. Our office hours are Mon-Fri 8.30-5pm. Should the office be unattended please return keys to the safe on the front stairs of the office.

We ask that the house be left clean and tidy or additional cleaning fees may be charged. Should there have been any breakages/damage to property during your stay or should any items not be working properly, we ask that you be kind enough to notify us so that we can arrange to replace/repair the item.

- Care of the Premises: Disturbance to neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may also result in termination of rental and additional charges. Please respect your neighbours at all time. Guests and visitors should maintain noise to a reasonable level especially between 10pm and 8am and must abide by any noise abatement or other orders issued by police or other regulatory authority. Guests and visitors must not engage in anti-social behaviour and must minimise their impact upon the residential amenity of neighbours and local community. Cleaning: This holiday property is a smoke free dwelling and must be kept clean and tidy and free of litter (including cigarette butts) at all times. The Property must be left clean and tidy at the end of this reservation. Any extra charges incurred to clean the Property when it is not left clean and tidy or to repair damage to or reinstate the Property, will be charged to the credit card(s) provided by way of security.
- Keys and Departure: Keys must be returned to our office on departure by 10am or a retrieval fee may be charged. If you are checking out Monday thru Saturday please drop the keys into our office at 3/18 Duke Street, Sunshine Beach. If you are checking out on a Sunday or after hours or need to leave earlier than our office is open, the key may be returned/collected from the safe located at our office at 3/18 Duke Street, Sunshine Beach. – the safe is on the front landing. Safe details provided on full payment.
- Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Booking Confirmation or subsequently agreed in writing. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance. Guests will be held fully responsible for the actions of their visitors.

Loved this place! We stayed for a week with our toddler. Great location, only 3 mins walk to heaps of great cafes and the beach. Beds were so comfy! Easy check in, great communication with host. A really great and comfortable stay. Only downside we could mention is that Sunshine Beach is a bit rough, but on the plus side it's a lot quieter than the main Beach in Noosa.

My family and I had the most amazing stay here at Sunshine Beach. The destination and beach was just what we were after and exceeded all expectations. Not only was the apartment clean and tidy, it was provided with all amenities and as soon as we walked in the door we felt welcome and at home for the four days we were there. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped and on top we had a relaxing atmosphere surrounding us. The car-park and access to the apartment was also very easy along with key pickup and drop-off. Would totally recommend to anyone wanting to head to the Noosa Area.

As a Sunshine Beach resident, Sacha is passionate about working in the picturesque area of Noosa’s surrounds. It is her pleasure assisting people to discover one of the most sought after holiday destinations. Sacha understands the desires of what a holiday goer requires, and in turn what it involves to uphold and manage luxury holiday rentals on behalf of homeowners.
Our Holiday office operates 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday, with facilities for check-in after hours. Sacha will take care of guests needs and co-ordinate all holiday bookings and enquiries.
