The Property is close to parks , Bolton Train station a short 10 mins drive away, close to the town centre art and culture. You’ll love my place because of the location. The property is also ideally located for the Business Parks in and around Bolton. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.

The property is a ground floor apartment in a block of 4, the flat is situated at the back of the property, in a quiet residential road, walking distance to Queens Park and the town centre.

Excellent apartment with all that you would need for a short stay supplied. Arrival and departure very simple.

As the hosts will be aware there were several problems with my 3 week stay. I'm merely listing them. Flat 2 (Before I got moved because it had no power and the air temperature in the flat was 5c) - Hob Doesn't Work - Kitchen needed cleaning - Heating inadequate - Power shortage spoiled food and had to stay in Premier Inn. - Shower dirty and grotty, had to clean out hair and a bottle cap in the plug hole to let water drain - Water pressure poor - mirrors dirty, kitchen dirty, bathroom dirty - cleaned all myself on first day of arrival. - noise from family and dog above was horrendous, noisy, arguing, dog going mental, bouncing things off the floor, tv really loud. Moved to Flat 1 "upgrade" after the pwer cut. - Can't plug extractor fan in as plug can't reach socket - heating still inadequate but better than Flat 2 - shower pressure poor - shower needs refitting - uneven flooring - dirty glassware (even though it all looks new??) - polystyrine protectors between plates - water when running has dirt coming through (Forced me to leave early when I found that out) worse with hot water - but also seen residue in my glass of water. - Kitchen and living room table dirty, both cleaned - glass and stones on the floor in the bedroom - view outside was like a skip or the main road I wasn't expecting the ritz for £45odd a night. The place although looks partially redecorated just needs a complete makeover, starting in the bathroom, that needs serious work in both flats. Fine if your staying overnight and you want to get out super quick, otherwise, no, terrible and won't stay again. I'm sure once the apartment is looked at in the future and has work done it will be a great place to stay. Security is on point and location is good. If on you have a car on street parking is available, mae sure to park it well onto the kerb or it'll get damaged by flying motorists.

A great little apartment. Clean, tidy and well appointed and close to all amenities. Highly recommended though it's probably best for a couple rather than any more people due it size. Thank you Keith.
