Gorgeous 230 square meters sea house with a private access to the beach.
Located in Pornichet, the house ‘La Chartreuse’ isn’t far from La Baule.
‘La Chartreuse’ is a lovely old breton house built in granit and dressed up with red local shutters. Completely renovated a few years ago the house offers all the comfort needed to rest and discover the region.
Litteraly on one of the Pornichet beach (called ‘Sainte-Marguerite’) and at a reasonable driving distance from ‘La Baule Escoublac’, its unique location allows to enjoy one of the most beautiful site a few meters away from the ocean; a private stairway goes down to the beach.
The house has 2 private terraces with one over-looking the beach which is the perfect place for lunches in front of the ocean.
Reachable in TGV in less than 3 hours from Paris the house is perfect for long relaxing week-ends or longer resting holidays.
The house is fully furnished and offers a high comfort standard; heaters in every rooms and the living room fireplace will keep the house warm even during the coldest winters, and the kitchen which has a professional cooker allows to cook the best meals looking at the ocean.
Local markets are offering fresh seafood every day and bigger outside markets take place on Wednesdays and Saturdays in Pornichet and on Wednesdays and Sundays in La Baule.
Very pleasant during summers, the house is great in winters too.
There are a lot of things to do and sports to practice in the area (tennis, horse riding, sailing, surfing, sight-seeing, hiking…) and a very famous spa less than 10 minutes driving away.
The place is part of a bigger house and is on the right hand side on the aerial photo (with the new roof which looks darker on the picture).
That means that this is a joint ownership: the garden and the 2 terraces are private but the path leading to the house isn’t.
