The great part of this complex is the variety of activities for everyone in the family! Perfect Floor: 7th floor is the perfect Sapphire floor. High enough to see a huge expanse of ocean down to the channel, but low enough to feel and smell the ocean breeze and stay connected to the sea. Don’t accept anything lower or you will miss out on the fabulous view of the entire beach. Don’t go much higher or you see the neighboring roof tops! All Sapphire units have two private balconies — both eastern and western — and our bay (western) view is the perfect height to show you a beautiful expanse of the bay for memorable sunsets and weekend fireworks! Floor height is critical when selecting your perfect Sapphire room!

We have been vacation renters ourselves so we know exactly what thoughtful touches make it special and we’ve tried to provide them all. What could be better than a delicious coffee on our balcony overlooking the sea? Our room features a gourmet Saeco espresso machine! Foam-top king mattress in your master bedroom will make you think you’re floating on clouds while you gaze out the 10ft high window and admire the ocean. High end linens and towels, flat-screen TV’s with DVD players in each room, and stocked pantry with convenience items and cleaning supplies will make it easy to call #703 home!

There is a large laundry room with washer and dryer, and an ironing board and iron will keep you looking great when you head out on the town!

The Sapphire is without a doubt the best and most beautiful resort destination in South Padre Island, and #703 is the best of them all!

Rental Agreement for Sapphire Condominium Unit #703 Sapphire Condominiums, 310A Padre Blvd, South Padre Island Texas 78597.

Using the online booking service, a person(s) or company (the “Guest”) has agreed to rent the Sapphire Condominium unit #703, a two bedroom condo located in the Sapphire Condominium, 310A Padre Blvd #703, South Padre Island, TX. 78957 (the “Property”) for the duration of the rental term and for the total rental fee as agreed upon in their on-line booking using This Rental Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between the Guest and Marc Fairorth, (the “Rental Agent”), entered into as of the booking date on and in effect for the duration of the stay. During the process of selecting and booking the property using, the Guest explicitly acknowledged that they have read and agreed to this Agreement and all other terms as stated on

OCCUPANCY Guest agrees that no more than SIX persons (a person counts if over the age of 2) shall be permitted on the Property at any time during the Rental Term, all of whom shall comply with the conditions and restrictions imposed upon Guest under this Agreement and the Sapphire Building Rules.

CONDITION AND USE OF PROPERTY The Property is provided in “as is” condition. Rental Agent shall use its best efforts to ensure the operation of all amenities in the Property, such as internet access or cable TV. Rental Agent shall not be held responsible for such items failure to work, but will make every effort to correct any issues as reported as quickly as possible. Guest acknowledges that use of amenities such as hot tubs, pools, spas, fireplaces, decks, and the like may be potentially dangerous and involve potential risks if improperly used, particularly with regard to children and such use is at the Guest’s own risk. Guest shall use the Property for residential purposes only and in a careful manner to prevent any damage or loss to the Property and keep the Property in clean and sanitary condition at all times. Guest and any additional permitted guests shall follow all of the Sapphire Condominium property rules and regulations. These rules are included here and are also available from the Sapphire front desk or management.

DEFAULT If Guest should fail to comply with the conditions and obligations of this Agreement, Guest shall surrender the Property, remove all Guest’s property and belongings and leave the Property in good order and free of damage. No refund of any portion of the Total Rental Fee shall be made and if any legal action is necessary, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reimbursement from the other party for all costs incurred.

ASSIGNMENT OR SUBLEASE Guest shall not assign or sublease the Property or permit the use of any portion of the Property by other persons who are not family members or guests of the Guest and included within the number of and as permitted occupants under this Agreement.

RISK OF LOSS AND INDEMNIFICATION Guest agrees that all personal property, furnishings, personal affects and other items brought into the Property by Guest or their permitted guests and visitors shall be at the sole risk of Guest with regard to any theft, damage, destruction or other loss and Rental Agent shall not be responsible or liable for any reason whatsoever. Guest hereby covenants and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Rental Agent and their agents, owners, successors, employees and contractors from and against any costs, damages, liabilities, claims, legal fees and other actions for any damages, costs, attorneys fees incurred by Guest, permitted guests, visitors or agents, representatives or successors of Guest due to any claims relating to destruction of property or injury to persons or loss of life sustained by Guest or family and visitors of Guest in or about the Property and Guest expressly agrees to save and hold Rental Agent harmless in all such cases.

RELEASE Guest hereby waives and releases any claims against Rental Agent, the Property owner and their successors, assigns, employees or representatives, officially or otherwise, for any injuries or death that may be sustained by Guest on or near or adjacent to the Property, including any common facilities, activities or amenities. Guest agrees to use any such facilities or amenities entirely at the Guest’s own initiative, risk and responsibility.

UNAVAILABILITY OF PROPERTY In the event the Property is not available for use during the Rental Term due to reasons, events or circumstances beyond the control of Rental Agent, Rental Agent will apply due diligence and good faith efforts to locate a replacement property that equals or exceeds the Property with respect to occupancy capacity, location and value that meets the reasonable satisfaction of the Guest. If such replacement property cannot be found and made available, Rental Agent shall immediately return all payments made by the Guest, whereupon this Agreement shall be terminated and Guest and Rental Agent shall have no further obligations or liabilities in any manner pertaining to this Agreement.

GENERAL PROVISIONS This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties with regard to the rental of the Property, and any changes, amendments or modifications hereof shall be void unless the same are in writing and signed by both the Guest and the Rental Agent. The laws of the State of Texas shall govern this Agreement. The words “Rental Agent” and “Guest” shall include their respective heirs, successors, or representatives. The waiver or failure to enforce any breach or provision of this Agreement shall not be considered a waiver of that or any other provision in any subsequent breach thereof. If any provision herein is held invalid, the remainder of the Agreement shall not be affected.

Although I only communicated with Emilee by Airbnb messaging, she was very thorough and thoughtful in her assistance before we arrived, and was very quickly responsive to our messages during our stay. Her condo is in a newer high-rise right on the beach, very clean and well taken of building with gorgeous pool, you walk a few steps to the beach. Her unit has a breathtaking view of the sunrise over the ocean. Washer and dryer in unit super helpful for washing towels and swimwear. Two comfy beds and super large bathrooms. Her beach view balcony is furnished also! We loved our stay and couldn't ask for a better unit and location! Thanks Emilee! Your place is perfect!!

My family (husband and two kids - 1 and 4 y/o) very much enjoyed our stay at the Sapphire! The front desk staff was helpful and the check-in process was easy. They have shopping and luggage carts available to help bring everything up to the condo. The condo was clean and certain essentials were provided including toilet paper, towels, dishwashing detergent as well as beach towels and beach floats/sands toys! The beds were comfortable and each room has a TV with a DVD player. There are two pools that we could use and we loved the Sapphire pool. Cabanas were available to rent for the day. Our kids loved the pool because one end has three levels. My very tall 4 year old was able to stand in that end, which was great since he is still learning to swim. My one year old loved playing in the bubble jets in the most shallow part of the pool. Getting from the condo to the beach is very easy and we went from the beach to the pool and back several times/day. The Sapphire also has a wonderful workout center with views of the beach, a teen hangout room and theater room available for renting. Although there are no restaurants in the Sapphire, we could go to the Pearl hotel next door and there were several restaurants nearby. Although we did not go, Sclitterbahn is right next door. Emilee made everything very easy and sent us an email communicating the check-in procedure. Would strongly recommend staying at the Sapphire at her condo!

We are Marc and Emilee, we live in near-by Austin. We visited South Padre and the Sapphire and loved it so much we bought the place! We use it ourselves often with our family. You will love it as much as we do!
