This excellent location is just 5 minutes from the Airport in Anchorage's Jewel Lake neighborhood. It is the perfect retreat for a vacation with your family or friends without the hassle of renting a hotel room. This light and airy two bedroom is a great place to stay in and even better state with a terrific location for travelers! This top level unit of a duplex features a private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and a nice open living room.

The Tall Birch Condo Association has rules about smoking that all tenants and guests must abide by. There is no smoking allowed inside the buildings. Smoking must occur greater than 10 feet away from the building. Thanks for your cooperation and understanding.

People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to in the initial booking without contacting the Owner.

Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00p.m. – 8:00a.m.

All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.

Only use appliances for their intended uses.

Pets are NOT allowed.

Parking is limited to 1 vehicle. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.

Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, located in the front of the house.

The fireplace is not available for use.

If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to $100.00.

Wonderful place. Super comfortable beds, high quality linens, very clean. Stocked kuerig. Quiet complex in a nice culdesac.

Comfortable and roomy. Mountain view from dining room was a pleasant surprise. Clean and equipped with everything we needed.

This apartment has everything I can think of. Even chopsticks. Kept quite clean and warm.
