This 1030 SqFt condo is right in the heart of Downtown Vancouver. Located directly next to Rogers Arena, BC Place Stadium, Andy Livingstone Park and Stadium/Chinatown Skytrain Station.

Walk Score: 98 - PERFECT location as it's easy to get anywhere around the city!

The suite is located on the 17th floor (mountain & ocean view) and can very comfortably fit 5 people and up to 6 maximum.

An underground parking spot is included but please note that large trucks, SUVs or vans will not fit.

• I do not have anywhere for you to store your luggage prior to checking-in or after checking-out. However, there is a luggage storage service in the building for $50 (not owned or operated by me) - please inquire if interested.

House Rules (failure to comply may result in a fine from the building):

• Please limit noise to a minimum after 9pm. Your neighbors will appreciate your thoughtfulness and reciprocate the same courtesy.

• Smoking is prohibited by the building inside the condo or on the balcony.

• If using parking spot, please stop and wait for the gate to close before driving off. This helps increase security for everyone.

• Please let us know when an accident happens so we can fix them as effortlessly as possible which also means better chances of having your full security deposit returned.

• To ensure we keep the floorboards squeaky clean for our guests, we have a no shoes policy inside the suite.

• To keep our costs down (and pass those savings on to our guests) we kindly ask that you switch off lights and the A/C when its not in use or leaving the house. Mother nature thanks you too.

The location was great, within walking distance of many restaurants, movie house, and night life. The apartment was also spacious and bright with really nice views of downtown and the Harbour in the distance. Unfortunately the train station generates a lot of noise. Far worse than I expected considering the apartment is on the 17th floor. The real issue is the air-conditioning unit is a portable device with a large vent that needs to hang out of an open window. Which means you get to choose between stuffy hot air or noise. The second bigger issue is the bed linen on one of the beds had not been changed and was full of hair! We only discovered the problem at 2 in the morning, and there was no other spare linen in the house. In addition there is mold growing behind the bath tub and along the bottom of the shower door. Worse still is we are charged an exorbitant cleaning fee. No other place we have stated ever charged a cleaning fee, yet were cleaner. I see some other recent reviews also complained about lack of clean towels. Perhaps time to find a new cleaning service, and drop the fee if you can't guarantee quality of service?

This apartment served well our family of 5. The beds were comfortable and everybody had its own room. The views are spectacular from 17th floor. The only blemish are missing bathroom towels on first day. (Few spare ones in hallway were stained). This was housekeeper's issue that Chain fixed the next day. In general apartment was clean and welcoming. The location is walkable to everything. We had great time.

Great condo- beautiful, clean, well maintained, with many building complex perks (pool, courtyard, security). Fantastic walkable location. Host very responsive. We'd love to stay there if we return to Vancouver.

As a family of 5 we had plenty of room, and the place was beautifully furnished with clean, contemporary furniture and design. Well equipped kitchen with no clutter. The views were beautiful of the city, and we enjoyed the proximity to many areas within walking distance. Great international mall with great food court, Chinese American grocery store and my favorite Starbucks just a block away. Great communication. Lovely experience.

Chain was a fantastic host! He left detailed instructions and was available when a question arose. The location to Rogers Arena couldn't be any better. The view is lovely! We would definitely stay again.
