This modern apartment is truly in one of the best and most central locations in Copenhagen - in the attractive 'Copenhagen K' neighborhood. Everything is within easy reach. Most of it just minutes away - even by foot.
The sunfilled, renovated loft is located on the perimeter of the main park, Kongens Have (The Royal Garden), with a wonderful, free view from the 4th floor. Despite its very central location, this apartment has the quiet calm and nature from the park and is located in a wonderfully balanced neighborhood, right in Copenhagen inner city.
The building is from 1806, but has an elevator. The apartment is modern and "fresh" - with all necessary amenities at your disposal.
The 106 sqm. (1141 sq.ft.) apartment consists of two bedrooms (with the master bedroom facing the park), a living room facing the park and a big kitchen/common area. Both the living room and the kitchen/common area are large with all opportunities to relax and have a good time in a private setting. Kitchen and bathroom are very modern with designer Vola fittings designed by famous Danish designer, Arne Jacobsen. There is of course also dishwasher and washer/dryer in the apartment.
The apartment is decorated in modern, personal style, with lots of artwork on the walls. You will have all opportunities to relax and enjoy Copenhagen from this fantastic base.
One of the main characteristics of this apartment is the completely free view of the city's main park and its royal castle, Rosenborg. At night, you can watch the lights from the (rather mellow) traffic flowing along the park ... but without actually hearing it. A unique combination of city feeling and nature.
This is a perfect apartment if you want to live right in the middle of Copenhagen, within walking distance of most attractions. Already within the first couple of hundred meters you will find several great museums, e.g. The State Museum of Arts (SMK) and David's Collection.
There is a central bus line stopping right in front of the entrance door. This bus line crosses Copenhagen in a way that gives you access to many attractions and great places. Also, there is only 500 meters to the Metro station at Kgs. Nytorv. But most attractions and sites are within short walking distance.
I'll be very happy to help you find restaurants, attractions and secret spots in the Copenhagen area - many of which you probably won't find in your tourist guide. I can't get you into NOMA, but I have some other ideas.
