NOTA: Cualquier residente colombiano deberá asumir el 19% de IVA sobre el alojamiento, los visitantes extranjeros no deberán asumir este cargo siempre y cuando muestren un pasaporte valido con la estampilla de inmigración Colombia y la entrada fue menor a 180 días.
Normas del edificio:

1) Cada huésped debe estar registrado y debe presentar en la portería del edificio su documento de Identidad o Pasaporte a la llegada.
2) No se aceptan ningún tipo de huéspedes que no estén registrados, estos deben ser registrados antes de las 6:00p.m. al anfitrión. Después de esta hora no para pasar ingresar al edificio o al apartamento.
3) Está prohibido el ingreso de visitas después de las 22:00 hrs.
4) No se aceptan ruidos (voces, música...) después de las 22:00 hrs.
5) No está permitido el uso del apartamento para propósitos diferentes al residencial, empresarial o vacacional.
6) Cualquier daño causado a los enseres del apartamento o de la propiedad deberán ser notificados a la compañía que presta el servicio de alquiler y deben ser atendidos y arreglados en menos de 7 días hábiles.
7) En caso de incendio, no utilice el ascensor.
8) Está terminantemente prohibido fumar cualquier tipo de sustancias en las instalaciones del edificio ni en el apartamento, incluido cigarros y tabaco. Esto generara un costo de $150.000 pesos colombianos.
9) No está permitido dejar ningún tipo de artículos con las personas de seguridad del edificio.
10) En caso de tener mascota, se debe informar previamente al anfitrión y se cobrara un recargo de limpieza de $50.000. Cualquier daño o inconveniente deberá ser asumido por el huésped.

Normas del apartamento:

11) Los niños deberán ser acompañados por un adulto.
12) Cada vez que salga del apartamento, por favor apague las luces, el aire y deje cerradas las ventanas, balcón y el portón de entrada.
13) Por favor, no deje las llaves dentro del apartamento. La puerta quedará bloqueada, impidiendo abrirla desde el exterior. La necesidad de un cerrajero ocasiona un coste extra para usted. Las copias de las llaves tienen un costo de $75.000 pesos colombianos.
14) En beneficio del medio ambiente, rogamos que sea responsable con el consumo de agua y de luz.
15) La seguridad del edificio no se hace responsable por ningún tipo de perdidas dentro del apartamento, pedimos cerrar bien ambas cerraduras y asegurarse de que la puerta quede con llave. Adicionalmente por su seguridad hay cámaras controladas por una empresa privada de seguridad en el lobby del edificio y en los ascensores.
16) El check-out es a las 11:00 a.m. y lo único que se debe hacer es botar la basura del apartamento y entregar las llaves al guarda de seguridad, o en su defecto si no hay portería dejarlas dentro del apartamento. El único requisito para el check-out será sacar la basura de la unidad y arrojarla por el shut de basura adecuado.
17) En caso de necesitar un late check-out se necesita un permiso directamente del anfitrión, este tiene un costo de $40.000 pesos colombianos y lo más tarde para el check-out son las 2:00p.m.

NOTE: Colombian residents must pay an additional 19% in IVA (Sales Taxes), only foreign visitors or travelers could be exempt of this charge with the proper immigration Passport seal which states you’ve been less than 180 days in Colombia.
Building Rules:

1) Each guest must be registered and must show his Identity or Passport document at the building's entrance.
2) The entrance of visitors or guests of any type to the property is prohibited, only those who are registered in the reservation, if you wish to register a guest it must be done before 6:00p.m. with the name of the guest and his/her ID.
3) No noises or loud music are allowed after 22:00 hrs.
4) The use of the apartment is only allowed for residential, business or leisure purposes, no meeting or parties of any type are allowed in the apartment.
5) Any damage caused to the apartment or property belongings must be notified to the company that provides the rental service and must be attended and fixed in less than 7 working days.
6) In case of fire, do not use the elevator.
7) It is strictly forbidden to smoke any type of substances in the premises of the building nor in the apartment, including cigars and tobacco there is a $150.000 COP fee if you are found smoking inside.
8) It is not allowed to leave any type of articles or items with the security guards in the building.
9) If you are bringing a pet with you, please report it before hand to your host as some building’s/apartments do not allow any kind of animals, only service dogs with the proper paperwork. There is a $50.000 COP cleaning fee for pets. Additionally, any kind of damage or inconvenience would be under your responsibility and liability.
Apartment Rules:

10) Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
11) Every time you leave the apartment, turn off the A/C, lights and leave the windows and the entrance door closed.
12) Please do not leave the keys inside the apartment. The door will be locked, preventing it from being opened from the outside. A locksmith brings an extra cost to you. Every additional set of keys has a cost of $75.000 COP.
13) To conserve the environment, we ask you to be responsible with the consumption of water and light.
14) Security in the building is not responsible for any losses inside the apartment, we ask to close both locks well and make sure that the door is locked behind you. For your safety, there are surveillance cameras controlled by a private security company in the lobby and the elevators.
15) Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Please throw the trash of the apartment in the shut located between the 2nd and 3rd floor and give the keys to the security guard, if there is no reception or lobby please leave them inside the apartment. Make sure the windows and door are securely closed.
16) Please, in case of requiring a late check-out you will need a direct approval from the host, this will have an additional price of $40.000 COP, the latest you can check out is 2:00p.m.
