Filipini home is cosy place for friends and couples with or without kids. It is stone house that is part of old Kastel from 17. century that belonged to Filipini family.
It used to be our home before we started our expat life. It is fully equipped and functional for living as we took mostly personal belongings with us.
Kitchen has different appliances as toaster, mocca coffee maker, hand blender, all kitchen tools, pots and pans, dishwasher and oven so you can do real cooking if you like. It was our living space too, and there is convertible bed which can be used for sleeping too.
In hallway, connecting entrance door and kitchen with bathroom and bedroom, there is also part of our library. If you can read croatian or serbian, you might enjoy it. There are also some books in english and italian (probably even in other languages). Please take good care of our books and return them to their place after using them.
Bedroom is spacious with huge closet and very comfortable queen size bed (160 cm).
There is washing machine in the bathroom.
Drying rack, iron and ironing board are also available.
Filipini home is good for couples and families (with kids). There are some playmats for the floor, few toys, highchair and cosleeping baby crib (Chicco Next to me). It can be attached to your bed with side rolled down, or can be just near in the bedroom.
All windows in house have mosquito nets.
You are free to use everything you find in the house, with good care.
Altre cose da evidenziare
Car parking is available on the side of the road in front of the house. You can see it on the street view photo (under the tree). It's where we used to park our car while living there.
If you are coming with motorcycle or bicycle, it can be arranged to park it in part of the house that is closed for guests usually.
At the moment we live in US but would be happy to answer all your questions. There is a person in Porec taking care of our house and is available in case of emergency.
Traveler in love with life.
We are expatriate family from Serbia and Croatia and our kids were born in Jordan. At the moment, we live in North Carolina, US.
We are experienced travelers and world explorers. While we were a couple, we enjoyed traveling by motorcycle or sailing around beautiful Croatian islands. Everything has changed now with two small kids, but not our passion for traveling. Luckily, our boys share the same feeling. We appreciate getting to know local community, nature and local food (and wine). We are spontaneous, calm and smiling family looking for new adventures.
