Descrizione

This is a large and lovely UNFURNISHED duplex apartment available for the entire month of June 2016. Great for couples, families or other groups while they are in transition, say while they are renovating their own place or in between one place and another. The apartment has no furniture or kitchenware or other housing necessities; it is completely empty to accommodate your own belongings for the rental period.

The apartment is sunny and spacious. Hardwood floors, original detail, antique light fixtures, and new appliances. Lots of families in the neighborhood, great places to eat and drink, excellent coffee on the block.

You'll be able to access the whole apartment. This is not a share, you'll have your own entrance and total privacy. The roof is accessible by a ladder for emergencies only, not for general use.

As the owner of the property I live in the separate apartment below this one, with a separate entrance. I'll be working business hours but am very responsive with questions, repairs or to recommend local establishments to guests.

This is a great neighborhood, lots to do on 5th ave, 7th ave, and more recently on 3rd ave as well. Fantastic coffee and pizza are steps away and Prospect Park is a short walk.

We are a block away from the 4th Ave/9th St station, for the F and R trains to Manhattan and the G to north Brooklyn and Queens. There is unmetered street parking as available.

You'll need to provide everything you'll need to live in the space, from beds and furniture right down to silverware and towels.

Guests must provide own furnishings and housewares including beds, kitchenware, towels, etc. Guests must maintain a clean and tidy environment. Guests must accommodate occasional viewings of the apartment by the owner. Owner will provide guests with 24 hours' notice for such viewings. Guests are responsible for taking out their own trash and recycling to the curb twice per week and for meeting all related NYC Dept of Sanitation rules. Guests must not disturb neighbors and must maintain low noise levels between 10pm and 7am. Pets and smoking are not permitted anywhere on the property including outdoor areas.
