The complex has ~180 units in a sprawling old-Hawaii style garden setting with breathtaking views of the West Maui Mountains from around the property. The grounds include 2 pools and a hot tub!

Location, location, location
Aina Nalu Resort is located just two blocks from the historic capital of the Kingdom of Hawaii, and the current epicenter of Lahaina. This is as central Lahaina as it gets.

Lahaina is the most visited spot on Maui – and for good reason! Tons of things to do, plus Lahaina boasts the only full-featured, walkable down-town you’ll find on our island. A historic charm and uniqueness not duplicated anywhere else.

Just steps away from the Lahaina Wharf Cinema Center. Wharf Cinema Center is Front Street’s central, open air shopping center. It features many shops and restaurants built around a first-run movie theater and is directly across Front Street from Banyan Tree Park.

From your door you can easily access all Lahaina has to offer: Self-tour historic places. Browse all manner of shops, dine at restaurants, from fine dining to more simple fare. Peruse fine art galleries, shop from local vendors, watch the boats on the water. Just two blocks from Lahaina Harbor where whale watches, fishing charters, snorkel boats and ferries depart for day trips to the islands of Lanai and Molokai. Besides the central Lahaina Town location, this home is also within very easy reach of multiple world-class beaches, resorts, spas, fun activities and golf courses.

Beaches
West Maui’s best beaches are all a short drive. Closest, there is a small beach next to Cheeseburger in Paradise, two blocks from the house (it’s so small, that sometimes at high tide it disappears!)

Since some of the very best beaches in the world are just minutes by car – you’ll probably want to check most (or all) of these top-rated beaches for yourself:

Ka’anapali Beach ~4 mi.
Ka’anapali Beach is a mile-long, spectacularly perfect beach that is home to seven resorts, high-end shopping, various restaurants and activities.

Kahekili Beach Park ~5mi.
Drive-up snorkeling convenience on a wonderful, less-than-crowded resort beach.

Napili Bay ~10 mi.
A less crowded, low-key resort beach with a much more family feel than many in West Maui.

Mokuleia Beach ~10 mi.
A dramatic cliff-framed beach and bay.

Oneloa Beach ~10 mi.
Also known as Ironwoods Beach. A 1/4 Mile long, sandy and uncrowded beach next to Kapalua resort.

D.T. Flemming Beach Park ~11 mi.
Long, sandy beach backed by ironwoods and full facilities. Next to Kapalua resort and the Ritz Carlton.

Honolua Bay ~12mi
Honolua Bay is a spectacular place to snorkel, dive and surf.

Aina Nalu Resort is located in the heart of Lahaina Town, with a ton to see and do on foot. That being said, Maui is so diverse and spread out, so we do recommend renting a car to access the attractions all over the island!

DAMAGE SECURITY DEPOSIT - Your credit card on file serves in leu of a reservation/damage deposit of $ 200.00. The card will not be charged, provided the following provisions are met:
No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.
Unit is left locked.
All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
No linens are lost or damaged.
NO early check-in or late checkout.
The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, or the security company employed by My Community.

CANCELLATIONS - Airbnb Strict Cancellation Policy.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - The maximum number of guests is limited to four (4) persons.

NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE - While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. You will find beach-towels in each bedroom.
We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.

FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.

WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.

PARKING - There is a $ ~20.00/day parking-fee payable to the resort. (There is free parking in front of the resort). (Parking charge is not included in rental-fee.)

STORM POLICY - HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY - No refunds will be given unless:
The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or
A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest.
The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund:
Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered;
Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.

TRAVEL INSURANCE - We highly recommend all guests purchase travel insurance. If you wish to purchase travel insurance, go to InsureMyTrip com for details and to purchase.

All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
