Beautiful 9 Bedroom colonial home situated on 10 acres of neatly manicured and fenced yards abutting Lake Brittle. 2-Bedroom Apartment available for rental has its own separate entrance, sitting room and views of the Lake. Comfortable rooms separated by French doors for two sleeping areas--one with King size and the other with Queen and Twin beds. Both rooms open into large bathroom with walk-in shower and separate tub. Adjoining sunny room overlooking Lake with comfortable seating and table for dining. Television; internet access; separate climate control, Keurig for first cup of coffee! Search "Swan Lake Manor" on YouTube for aerial overview.
Guests are invited to enjoy the backyard and strolling on the 10 acres, pool, hot tub, seating on back deck. You can launch any small boats (kayaks or
canoes) from our property. Walking paths close by; dining options a short drive into downtown Warrenton and charming Main Street.
