This bright and spacious studio flat is a mere 2 minute walk from Elephant & Castle tube station. The flat looks out onto a peaceful courtyard area with fountains and has a comfortable double bed and separate bathroom and kitchen area. My home would suit tourists seeking culture and shopping as well as business travellers needing to access London's commercial districts and would be perfect for 1-2 people who want to be accessible to the centre of London without spending a fortune!

My flat features a comfortable double bed, flat screen TV, 2-person sofa, dining table and plenty of shelves/cupboard space for your things. There is a spacious separate kitchen area with any appliances you might need to cook a meal and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower over it. The flat will always be professionally cleaned and you will be provided with fluffy white towels and hotel-quality bed linen as well as toiletries. There is also high-speed fibre optic broadband (50Mbps) for super fast web surfing, uploads and downloads as well as Virgin TV with 60+ channels.

I have recently employed a professional cleaning and hospitality company to take care of the flat whenever I am not there. Thus I can assure you that it will always be spotlessly cleaned and you will now get a very high level of responsiveness and quality service!

PLEASE NOTE: this is an older property that has not been renovated, so the carpeting and bathroom are old. This is reflected in the extremely reasonable price you are getting for the flat!

Guests have complete access to the apartment. Additionally I’ve arranged for a concierge service to be available to you throughout your stay, providing you with free on-demand support for booking restaurants, tickets to shows, transport...or anything else you might fancy! You can also book additional housekeeping services like regular cleans or changes of bed linen. I hope that this will help you get even more out of your stay. Full details will be provided at check-in.

When I’m not there, you will be hosted by a professional hospitality company who I’ve engaged to look after you in my absence. They are on call to attend to your every need, as I would be.

Elephant and Castle is a very diverse and cosmopolitan area - a busy hub for transport and generally a very central and super well-connected part of London. You are walking distance from popular attractions such as Borough Market, Tate Modern, Imperial War Museum, and The Shard. You are also quite close to the famous club Ministry of Sound. The tube station just across the road means it will be easy for you to reach all of London's main attractions!

The apartment is located just a two minute walk from Elephant and Castle tube station (Northern/Bakerloo lines) in Zone 1. By the tube, you can reach The London Eye in 10 minutes, the Tower of London in 20, and Oxford Circus / Piccadilly Circus / Soho in 10-15 minutes. The easy access to this tube station means that all of London is within easy reach!

Please note: our standard check in times are between 3pm - 10pm. Check out is by 10am. If you wish to check in or check out outside these hours please let us know. This is subject to availability and a fee.

Also please don't contact the building concierge desk themselves, they are not for guests and won't be able to help - but the hospitality company who host you will be at hand to help with any questions over AirBnB or the phone.

If you take this place (which I highly recommend) just know that Metro Central Heights is a massive complex of 4 buildings, and the pin that drops to show the building on maps is no help in finding the entrance. There is only one entrance and it is to the left of the Rotheringham Arms pub, set back from the building face. Once you know that, the rest is easy. I was very comfortable, and the hosts really went out of their way to help me, I cannot speak highly enough of them.

Un appartement spacieux, bien équipé, propre et à deux pas du métro. Pub et centre commercial au pied de l'immeuble. Très bon accueil et une très bonne communication pour trouver l' même après au besoin ! (Thanks a lot Alex)

I stayed there for three nights. Overall, my stay was good. Betty was really good in communication and facilitating the check ins. Oohhhh there was a very fine chocolate in the kitchen. I am not a chocolate person, but I loved it (thanks again Betty.) She also gave me the address of the fine chocolate store in London that apparently made that awesome chocolate in the house. The neighborhood was fine. The only problem was the level of noise inside the apartment especially in the mornings. The windows are old and single pane, so early in the morning I could hear all the cars and whatever was happening outside.

Comfortable and very conveniently located. Being right off the Elephant and Castle tube stop made for uncomplicated city exploration. Made our 10 day stay in London very easy. Very much a city apartment, not a hotel (older carpeting, basic fixtures, etc.), but it was very clean, decked out with IKEA furnishings and met our needs perfectly. The clothes washer was a pleasant surprise, and we took advantage of it. Our only real complaint was the water pressure could have been more generous. Overall, I can recommend this place to anyone coming to visit London, especially for a long stay.

The flat is really central and right next to the tube station. It's a little loud at night while I was there on the weekend. But overall it was nice and definitely secure.

The flat is perfect for a single or a couple. Is just few minute to the northern and the bakerloo line. Comfortable bad and full equipment kichen!

Hello and thanks for viewing my flat. I have lived in London all my life and despite having travelled the world for work and pleasure, there's still nowhere else I'd rather live. London provides so much energy, creativity, character and interest beyond the usual tourist attractions. We hope you get to discover 'your' London whatever your passion.
