Apartment is facing North so it gets winter sun coming into apartment and not summer sun.
Apartment has been fully repainted and spring cleaned ref feedback from recent guest. All effort taken to keep apartment in best condition. This apartment has 3 Bedrooms. Sleeps 6 (up to 10 with 2 double sofa-beds and 2 roll-away beds). 2 Bathrooms with hair dryers. Lounge has LCD TV with FTA and Cable TV (Foxtel Standard Package). Master Bedroom has own Cable TV STB. All 3 bedrooms have LCD TVs. All 4 TVs have their own DVD players. Apartment is fully self-contained with laundry, 2x irons, full gourmet kitchen. Master bedroom is set up as Mini Studio and has kitchenette. Privately owned & let. Strictly No Smoking in apartment, please make use of balcony. To keep costs down and make rental cheaper: 7 day bookings are preferred (other time periods will be considered).

Standard Terms and Conditions of Temporary Holiday Accommodation
Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.
Deposit: Is required to secure the booking. Any payment constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Balance: Remaining rental amount must be received in full 21 days prior to occupancy. If not the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it.
Cancellation: If caused by the client, money paid is not refundable unless the apartment is re-let for the entire period.
The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
The owner will make every effort to present a clean and hygienic apartment. However the owner takes no responsibility of any unforeseen circumstances that’s beyond the owner’s control.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Number of Guests: Should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
Parties and Functions: Are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss: Are the tenant’s responsibility during their stay.
Keys & Fobs: Unless arranged otherwise, keys & fobs are to be returned at Reception upon Check -out.
Lost Keys: Fee of $100.00 for 1st set ($60 consequent ones) will be deducted from bond if key(s) and fob(s) are not returned. This cost includes getting key(s) cut off-site, getting fob(s) issued by Chevron
Security and getting appropriate paperwork organised by Mantra Towers of Chevron Management. Furthermore all existing keys & fobs have to be presented in order to get replacements, this greatly inconveniences staying guests and apartment management team.
Sofa-bed(s): For up to 2 extra person(s) in the 2 or 3 bedroom bookings.
Disturbance to neighbours, including excessive noise: Is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
Room Bond: $200.00 to be paid at Chevrontowers Reception during Check-in or the following morning for guests who Check-in late.
The bond will be refunded within 5-7 working days in full subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, loss of keys and fobs, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared, etc. Upon entering the apartment, guests are to report to reception immediately any damage that is obvious.
Departure: The property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival.
Check-out: Time is 10am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.
Pets: Are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the owner.
Loss: The owners take no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property.
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
