We have several rooms available for you to select, mostly at the listed price but with a master bed that can be taken for $20 extra. The master bedroom comes with a private massage tub. There's a lounge area upstairs serving as main social area, where you can chat and have tea and biscuits. Two kitchens are located downstairs and there's another one beside the lounge upstairs.
The whole house is open for you to use, with a common room upstairs boasting a set of vintage French chairs, a 55" TV (Chinese, Canadian and U.S. channels) and a public computer for your convenience (access code "Springfield"). There's a back entry upstairs, from which you can access the backyard directly. We're adding a top-of-the line commercial elliptical somewhere in the house soon for your fitness needs, especially if you have extended stays but limit your aerobics to 15 minutes - we cannot be responsible for your health, esp. if you have heart conditions. Consult your doctor before working out. Laundry is available if you have the need.

We can help direct you to best local attractions and restaurants in greater Vancouver and Victoria/ Whistler, if you need. You can ask us for a little snack, sparkling water or coffee if you're hungry and are in a hurry. There's a K-cup machine in the kitchen (that also works with ground coffee), a few burr grinders and we'll probably add a WMF or Jura one-touch espresso maker down the road - ask us how to operate before beginning for any type of appliances.
Altre cose da evidenziare
Vancouver tends to be a little chilly (45 degrees) during spring and even summer months, and rains like London. Be prepared to bring an umbrella with you (if you forgot, we'll probably lend you one) and protect your shoes with sprays.
Clean up after you cook if you must, and be careful not to damage the property. We do not welcome large groups of people partying in the room or binge drinking. Do not smoke anywhere inside the house - doing so will result to a cleaning fee of $300. Trip cancellation/alteration will not receive full refund. Consult your host before you make decisions.
Wannabe hedge fund manager who loves to read a lot and dreams to buy private jets and resorts in the Caribbean one day. Owns a decent size private library somewhere full of books of soft, hard and spiral bound bindings - some new legal, finance books and antique collectors book and once ran a membership service. Recent developments include learning law, contract, financial regulation, M&A transactions and doing multiple GREs.
A gourmand (enjoys cheese board, steak frites, bouillabaisse, fondue etc.) but recently trying to drop weight back to 160 lbs by having little carb and more greens. Traveled some but discovered that most places in the world are not too interesting and that chained 5-star / 4-star hotels make the world pretty much the same by judging the hospitality standard. (yeah, they're like Micky D's and Starbucks). "Those who're bored of London are bored of life" - true, life is boring, so the passion is best devoted to the books and the art of money-making and politics. Also read some hospitality management and hopes to run / invest in some properties down the road.
