L'alloggio

Apartment 1 is a modern apartment in Puerto de la Cruz, Tenerife. It is located on an historic but renovated canarian style building in the best possible location in town.

It has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, interior patio and spacious lounge with dining and TV separated areas. It is luminous,with a modern design, fully equiped with all facilities needed for a confortable stay. Location is right at center of town, meters away from the harbour, with all tourist spots at walking distance. It includes parking space in the same building or if you don’t bring your own transportation, taxi & bus stops are few meters away from the apartment. It accommodates 1- 4 persons including children. Is NOT possible to add extra beds.

Main bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, interior bedroom with two single beds that can be put together easily. Mattresses are completely new. Two large wardrobes in each room. Bathroom has a bathtub.

Children are very welcome and cot and baby / toddler high chair are provided free of charge. Also, we will adapt the apartment furnishing or kitchen utensils to make sure the apartment is children safe if you are visiting us with little guests. Toys and other entertainment are also provided free of charge too.

Building has an elevator and doors are spacious. Apartment is located on a first floor but if you have any disability or reduced mobility please contact us to ensure the building is suitable for your specific needs.

Apartment 1 is fully managed by the owners so our guests don’t have to deal with intermediaries. We can arrange extra cleaning service and we are available to help if you have any questions about the island. We will make our best to help with with any advice you need before/during your stay with us and are available by phone/email 24/7.

Apartment is located right at city center. Parking space in the same building is included free of charge. There’s also a big public parking space nearby but not accessible from this street. There’s a paying parking space 100 meters away in Plaza de Europa, next to the town hall. Access by walking is very easy as the building is on the harbour and near Plaza del Charco.

Apartment 1 is located at about 30 minutes ( 35 km) from Los Rodeos North Airport , 60-80 minutes (110km) from Reina Sofía South airport and 30- 45 min ( 45km) from Santa Cruz de Tenerife’s cruise port.

There’s a wide offer of restaurants & shops of all kinds just meters away from the apartment and two beaches and natural pools at 10 – 15 minutes walking distance. There are various supermarkets at walking distance from the apartment, the nearest being at aprox. 200 meters away.

Cleaning after departure is included in the price. Bed linen and towels are changed weekly. More frequent cleaning at an extra charge ( must come to an agreement before arrival)

We are open to discuss any special requests or need but, please, remember this is a self catering apartment.

Taxes are included in the price. We do not rent the apartment for long periods. Weekly rate is 1000€. For rental rates of one month or over, please contact us. Rates are the ones shown in the ad.

If you want specifics please contact us. We ask you to take good care of the apartment and do not disturb the neighbours ( no loud noises after 10:00 PM). Parties are not allowed in the property. Unregistered guests are NOT allowed.

If something gets broken, please contact us, we are very reasonable people.

Every person staying in the property will be asked to provide a passport or valid ID document 15 days before arrival. This is a law requirement and will be used for verification only.

Smoking is NOT allowed in the apartment, this includes windows and patio.

Apart from this, we hope you enjoy our home.

The apartment was exactly as it looked like in the photos. Everything was well organized and clean. Communication with Raquel was quick and easy and she had compiled a folder full of really good instructions regarding the apartment and the town in general. All in all, a great stay at this very centrally located, beautiful apartment.

Vi holdt både jul og nytår i Raquel og Joses superfine lejlighed lige i hjertet af hyggelige Puerto. Alt var som beskrevet - endda bedre end vi havde forestillet os. Raquel er den sødeste vært man overhovedet kan forestille sig og vi følte os hjemme fra første minut. Lejlighed er stilfuldt indrettet og havde alle faciliteter vi havde brug for til en 12 dages ferie for 2 voksne og 2 børn. Vi har haft mange gode oplevelser med Airbnb, men denne har været det bedste.

Raquel made us feel very welcomed, the apartment was conveniently located and her suggestions were very great (we appreciated that she went the extra mile to discover a surf school for us) - her generosity with having the apartment set up with basic Neccesities such as coffee, milk, drinks Etc was very generous and kind. We would definitely recommend this listing. Thank you

Raquel could not have been more helpful, friendly and accommodating. She was a dream to deal with. The apartment was beautiful and looked exactly like the images, if not better. It's in a great and central location. I would highly recommend staying here and I'm sure we will be back.

The flat is fantastic, equipped to a very high standard, close to the harbour and the sea and a stone's throw from a bunch of great restaurants and bars. Comes with a parking space which is hand too, and a 5 minute walk from the main bus station in case you don't feel like renting a car (I didn't and it was perfectly fine). The bus station is also the starting point for most hiking tour operators, which again is convenient.

A nicely renovated apartment in an excellent location right in the heart of the old town, its restaurants and harbour. The apartment is very well equipped, extremely comfortable and in excellent condition. We will happily return. There is very slight noise from the town and the road beneath but this never disturbed us. However, if you want to just hear bird song then you should be in the countryside. Raquel is an excellent host. She was very quick to respond, was genuinely concerned about our having a good time and left lots of supplies for us on arrival. Pick up and drop off of the keys worked faultlessly. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
