This 5th Floor newly ethnic/modern designed Penthouse makes it an ideal summer vacation property. This 120 sqm property consist of an open plan kitchen/living/dining leading to a large front terrace, bathroom, and 2 bedrooms main with en suite, overlooking a large terrace with distant views of St.Paul's Bay. There is a Mini Market across the road and is close to all amenities like buses, restaurants, beaches, cinemas and a variety of place to visit.

Good location, close to the sea (nice swimming spots only a few minutes from the apartment), proximity to bus stops. There is a grocery just opposite; also, a number of very decent restaurants nearby (I strongly recommend Acqua Marina). Edward's apartment is spacious, with a nice view. It could be outstanding if a few key points are addressed: - there is no air conditioning. fans are poor (we had to request an additional fan). During summer, the heat can be unbearable, esp. as the apartment is on the top floor, so the heat is day and night! We had a very difficult sleep the 1st night because of the high temperature - much less important than the AC, but it's a pity that the kitchenware is so used... Overall, this could be a good place, but definitely not during summer time!

Très bel appartement, déco soignée Spacieux et propre 2 salles de bains 2 grandes terrasses Edward est très sympathique et très disponible pour toutes informations

Gorgeous penthouse apartment with balconies on either side - we felt like we were living in luxury! Host was very communicative and picked us up himself when the taxi he organised failed to arrive. Clean, comfortable, cool and great location, only a few minutes to walk down to the water and great public transport to get to neighbouring beaches. Would definitely recommend!

The flat is very well situated. Edward and his father were very nice hosts. The flat is clean and very well equiped. Everything was perfect. The balconies are very big and perfect for dinner. If we had any kind of problems we were always allowed to call Edward for advice. All in all we would book this flat again :)

Beautiful apartment, very spacious! The bedroom was open and very comfortable. Balcony views out to the water are very nice for the sunset. Location is awesome!, 5 minute walk to the bus stop/ restaurants/ bars and port to get to Camino. Now for the hosts, Edward met us on arrival (even spoke to our cab driver to let him know how to get there). He was amazingly welcoming and stayed with us to answer all of our questions about Malta / getting around and places to see. We also met his father who was also unbelievably nice and helpful when we needed him. Would definitely recommend to everyone traveling to Malta, we will definitely be contacting Edward next time we are in the area!.
