Our home features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms, a Master bedroom with King Bed, sitting area and flat screen TV, facing the back of the home with pool views and the front facing guest bedroom features a king size bed.
Upon entering the house you are in a open floor plan living room with all upscale furniture and decor, Flat Screen TV and dual tropical ceiling fans, which leads to full wall glass doors to the amazing back yard. The kitchen is off of the living room and features wood kitchen cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless appliances, dishwasher, and more convenience appliances, with a large eat in kitchen area. Between the bedrooms in a larger open hall is a private full bathroom and laundry room with a washer and dryer for your use.
The entire home and yard is provided with protected WIFI and Cable TV as well as 24 hour monitored security system. The entire home has hot and cold water.
When you enter into the backyard, you are in your own personal tropical oasis. It boasts an wonderful and inviting in ground pool with sitting area, a lounge area for sunning, a covered gazebo area to get out of the sun, a BBQ and outdoor eating area, as well as an outdoor shower. All Pool toys and comfy lounges chairs are provided pool side, as are pool and beach towels & more!
The house is surrounded by a concrete wall fence on 3 sides, and a concrete and iron gate fence in the front, with a rolling gate to secure your vehicle on the property if you rent one. !
We provide all linens, towels, pool supplies, beach/pool towels, beginning toiletries, paper supplies. We also (at an extra charge) can have groceries for you in the fridge upon your arrival (beer and wine too if needed)! If you want extra housekeeping during your stay (departure cleaning included in pricing) we can arrange that as well. We can also arrange a rental vehicle if you need, and we have cruiser bikes for rent with our house (additional cost).
We have provided our home with everything we want it to provide us with while we are there on Aruba, so we truly hope we provide you with everything you will need!
You will have full access to the house, yard and pool! Some of the closets in the Guest Room are for Owner Storage, but you do have access to closets and storage in guest room.

We ask that you provide us with your flight arrival and departure information when you book. This way within 2 hours or so after arriving our property manager will come by and introduce themselves to you and and address any questions you may have. A phone is available to call us from the house, if needed. (LOCAL CALLS ONLY)
Salina Cerca is an "upscale area" which is within walking distance of beaches, Palm Beach Mall, Resorts, Casinos, Shopping and Nightlife! It is a quiet neighborhood, which is very very safe!

We always recommend that you rent a vehicle, as there is so much to do on the island. However, if you choose not to rent a vehicle, everything you need is within walking distance. If you choose to go to the low rise area, downtown Oranjestad, etc. There is very reliable public bus transportation just on the other side of the Salina.

The pricing here on AirBnB does NOT include the 9.5% Tourism Tax OR the $6/night government environmental tax that we must pay to the government. This is additional. We will provide you with an invoice on your arrival for payment. Cash or credit card is acceptable. ALSO PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT REQUIRE A SECURITY DEPOSIT HERE ON AIRBNB. We will collect a credit card authorization form, along with a rental agreement after booking. WE WILL NOT CHARGE YOUR CARD unless we find unreported damage on your departure, or if you approve damage charges while in house.
Also, effective July 1, 2016 ALL NEW BOOKINGS, we will allot a generous $100/week utility allowance (Water/Electric/Airco). We will take meter readings on your arrival and departure. We will notify you within 48 hours of your departure if any amount is due, and will remove from the deposit held by Airbnb if there is any.
Daily housekeeping is available at an additional charge.
We would expect your to treat our villa the same way you would treat your own home. No wild parties, no over crowding (max if 4 persons). No jumping, diving into pool. If something is broken, damaged or or missing, please notify our property manager so that we can address the situation immediately. Thanks! Please also note that 9.5% Tourism Tax, 3.5% Service Charge & $6/nt govt. environmental tax is not included in price and will be collected on arrival.
