Our adorable 2 bedroom/1 bath, harmonious retreat accommodates 6 and nestles within Redwoods and Eucalyptus. This sweet sanctuary with a large yard is within a stone throw of Berkeley, Oakland and San Francisco. We are lucky to be across the street from a huge park with hiking and equestrian trails, a fabulous playground and even a bubbling brook!
Adjacent to Wildcat Canyon, a 2400 acre park, our 2 bedroom/1 bath, harmonious retreat nestles within redwoods and Eucalyptus. This sweet sanctuary sidles the cosmopolitan hubbubs of Berkeley, Oakland and San Francisco.
We are a quick ride to Berkeley (10 min.), Oakland (15 min.), San Francisco (30 min.), the redwoods at Muir Woods and Sausalito, Napa and Sonoma’s wine country . We also enjoy the hidden gem town of Pt. Richmond with its plethora of artists, cafes, and easy access to trails on the Bay. If you need public transportation, the El Cerrito del Norte BART station is 7 minutes away.
Our Master bedroom has a California Eastern king bed and french doors that open onto a large yard complete with a trampoline, BBQ, basketball hoop, sandbox, hammock, climbing rope ladder and several lovely places to sip your morning coffee or watch the magnificent sunsets over the Bay.
Our second bedroom has a king size bed with a mattress top that can be separated into two twin sized beds. It also has french doors to the back yard.
Our living/family room allows for much playfulness and connection and ample seating on our sectional where you would be surrounded by high and wide windows allowing ample light and tree views.
We also have a great, queen size blow up mattress (electric - easy to set up in minutes!) This environment lends to a peaceful, easy ambience that whispers: lounge, relax, enjoy.
The full bathroom with a tub is on this floor as well.
The Kitchen table can easily fit six diners and there is extra bar seating for three around the island. Our gas stove, oven, dishwasher and ample fridge will satisfy any chef. We are very fortunate to have a slew of farmer’s markets, organic produce, wines and vittles, ethnic restaurants and delicious, locally roasted coffee at local cafes all within close reach.
You may park in our driveway or on the street, free without restrictions.
Guests will have access to the entire home, back yard and its amenities as well as washer and dryer (downstairs). The driveway will be shared with our downstairs tenant who has a completely separate apartment. Guests will not have access to the downstairs apartment.

We will add a 10% Transient Occupancy Tax per City Regulations via Airbnb Resolution Center. After we receive your payment, you will be given the lockbox code.
Please refrain from smoking anywhere on the property. We would rather not collect the security deposit for liquidated damages.
We have a 1 pet only policy and we charge a 1 time $50 pet fee, which we will add to your reservation should you desire to bring your furry friends. We will do so via the resolution center and we ask that you pay that prior to arrival.
Check in: After 4PM, unless prior arrangement.
Check out: 10AM unless prior arrangement.
Unfortunately, we will need to charge $30 per 30 minutes past check out time if you leave after 10 AM without prior arrangement. Our cleaners must be compensated for their time if they have to sit in the car while waiting for the home to be vacated.
Please don't move the furniture. It scratches the floor and takes time to re-arrange. Again, we would rather not have to collect a $75 fee for moved furniture.
Please remember to leave the key in the lockbox.
