If you would like to cook, there is a stove and an oven. Kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils. No towels and toiletries provided please bring some or u can rent at pico for a minimal price.

After payment transaction has been done, send me all guest names and ages for the forms which i will give you and you will present upon entry in pico. :)

Upon receiving the forms which i will send to you, please print them and provide a valid ID upon registration and check in.

If you wish to check in early or check out late let me know, if there's no guest before or after your stay, i usually allow guest request. :)

Guests are required to avail the 1,050 cash card which can be used during stay in pico, 50pesos is for the card itself and 1000 pesos consumable. If you buy something in pico they does not accept cash, that is why they require guests to avail one cash card per group (not 1cashcard per person but one cash card for the whole group).

To ensure that your stay at Pico De Loro Cove Condominium Corporation will be as pleasant as possible, we would like to inform you of our House Rules and Regulations:

1.Smoking, gambling, spitting, and littering is not allowed in the common areas.
2.Parking slots at the lower ground floor are allotted to driven cars and is on a first come, first serve basis.
3.The condominium corporation and/or property management office shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage to vehicles parked on the parking areas.
4. Leesee will be requested to leave their identification card at the reception with the receptionist on duty. And this will be returned to the guest before leaving the condominium.
5.No guest/lessee/s shall not permit any unlawful and/or scandalous activity to be committed on the condominium premises.
6.Meal preparation, ironing, and other household chores shall not be carried out in the balcony/terrace, unit elevator lobbies, elevator hallways and fire stairwells other than the regular cleaning and maintenance of these areas.
7. Leesee shall not throw or allow neither falling nor permit to be thrown or to fall any material or substance whatsoever out of or from any window, door, passageway of areas of common use.
8.Spitting or urinating on any part of the general and cluster common areas is prohibited.
9. Leesee is primarily responsible and accountable for the cleanliness and sanitary conditions of their respective units.
10. All garbage must be wrapped in disposable bags before they are deposited at the garbage room in the lower ground floor provided to the purpose.
11. Leesee should ensure that all matters constituting fire hazards such as cigarettes butts and matches are properly put out and placed in appropriate containers.
12. Leesee shall maintain the place in a peaceful and reasonable quiet manner; shall refrain from any noise, boisterous or loud noise, or acts that would disturb and annoy the peace and quiet of the buildings and its occupants.
13. Leesee shall not hang, erect or maintain any laundry or clothesline, permanent or temporary, on any part of the building, whether inside or outside the unit, or exposed to the public view.
14.Children shall not be allowed to play or loiter in the elevators, stairways, fire escapes, lobbies, hallways, driveways, parking areas and other common areas except in designated areas.
15.Lastly, NO ANIMALS are allowed to be kept or harbored in any unit on any part of it without a prior written consent from the Condominium Corporation.

Bed linens, pillow case and blanket were very used and old. Does not worth the price you're paying for. Kitchen cabinets where the pans and utensils are smells like cockroach smell. Sorry to say but I am dissapointed with this unit.

Good day Ma'am, Thank you for your review, we appreciate your time to write one. Regarding our bed linens, pillow case and blanket it wasnt "very used" the color of the blanket was really like that, we always make sure that before every guest we change all of those. Thats why as youve seen we were able to immediately attend to your request to change it. Meaning we have lots of linens and pillow cases. My care taker immediately did the service that you requested. And the unit photos are as is to the actual appearance. With the smell of the cabinets it isnt cockroach smell its the smell that was stuck for days coz the cabinet wasnt opened. I could say coz for sure you didnt encounter a cockroach inside. We always make sure to clean your garbage every after check out. Overall we are thankful that youve shared your thoughts about our unit. It just happened that we didnt meet your expectation that you'll feel like youre staying in a 5 star hotel. Just to remind you again mam, you chose to stay at a condotel to have cheaper expense and compare to hotel our rate is way different and cheap. But we know that we provided you the best that we can answered all your calls during that day and managed to attend to your complaint right away! We are sorry that you still didnt get to be satisfied. Thank you!

Kel was great all the way. She was accomodating and responds as fast as she could. Her place was properly designed. Just need some repairs on the floor in the toilet. There was a shortage of water during our second night and we had to vacate her place and moved to Pico Sands hotel. But she was great and gave us a refund on one night that we didn't stay in her place. Overall it's good.

The unit is exactly the same on what is on the photo..Kel was able to hand off our form even if we just booked the last min. nice and clean. Caretaker and resort staffs were friendly. Easy access to the beach from the miranda tower. Bathroom should have at least a rubber mat as the tiles gets very slippery when wet.

Great place. We gave the owner some tips on how to improve a few things considering the price you pay. If they would follow up on that (I'm sure they'll do :), this place is recommendable! And, take also in consideration where this unit is located... the amenities of Pico de Loro is super and it has a great beach. We will be back...

The place is great, and very relaxing place to stay. The room is very cozy and I really noticed the scent of the sheets, it is very well maintained and smells good. I am a fan of anything clean, so kudos! And the view from the room, the trees facing the veranda, so relaxing. With regards with the owner (Kel), I asked her a lot of questions and made some last alterations with the guest list but she's very helpful to attend to my request. Definitely will go back here some other time and get the same room :)

It was a good stay. The unit is tastefully decorated so you feel like you are staying in your own home and not a hotel. We had an issue with the AC but the owner and caretaker quickly took care of the issue in a couple of hours and while we were enjoying the beach and pool.
