Recently refurbished spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Large open plan living/ kitchen dining area with private balcony. Great location, 5 - 10 minutes to the main ski lifts, amenities and town center.


Apartment Le Pleney is a recently refurbished, spacious apartment, placed in a great location for winter and summer holidays.

Furnished, dressed and equipped to a high standard with everything you need to make your self catered holiday relaxing and memorable this apartment is a fantastic choice for a winter or summer holiday.

Located 500 meters from the Pleney ski/ bike lift, 600 meters from the Super Morzine ski lift and situated on a free ski bus route this apartment benefits from a location that is near to all amenities but away from the noise of the center of town.

The apartment comprises 2 spacious bedrooms, both with balconies and 1 ensuite. A large bathroom, generous open plan lounge/ kitchen diner which leads onto a private balcony with mountain views.

Bedroom 1 has zip and link divan beds so can be used as a twin room or a double with a superking bed. There is a compact ensuite bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Brand new double glazed, french doors leading onto a small balcony and plenty of storage with a built in wardrobe.

Bedroom 2 is slightly larger with zip and link divan beds set as a twin. Brand new double glazed french doors also lead onto the balcony for lovely mountain views.

The open plan kitchen, lounge and diner is modern, bright and spacious for relaxing in.

The kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher large fridge and freezer, plenty of work top space and storage space.

A comfortable lounge area with large comfy sofa, flat screen tv and play station console. Large sliding glass doors make the whole space light and bright whilst providing some lovely mountain views.

A large dining table with plenty of seating to sit and enjoy evening meals after a hard day on the slopes.

A private balcony with outside table and chairs is accessed from the main living area.

1 non allocated parking space in the off road comunual car park is provided. Please note that in busy holiday periods the parking will be available on a first come, first served basis.

Bike storage is provided in the shared bike room, which is locked and you can access.

Located on the 3rd floor of the apartment building, there is a lift for easy access, so no need to carry luggage up and down the stairs.

This property is part of the local multi pass scheme which offers activities for €2 per day.

Super séjour à 3 dans cet appartement. Tout était parfait! Nous avons bien profité des 2 belles terrasses! Nous reviendrons sans hésitation!

Our family of 3 stayed in the apartment for a ski week in Morzine. The apartment is centrally located but far enough away from the lifts to be quiet and calm at night. The apartment is very well appointed - very spacious compared to other ski apts in the area, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need for cooking family meals (including a sizeable refrigerator and freezer), and a Playstation was provided with lots of games and movies for family nights in. This is a great place for families or couples vacationing together. Our only complaint is that we expected to have a parking space on site, but, when we arrived, we realized that there are only a few spots available for the entire building on a first come, first serve basis. So, it being peak season, no spaces were available, and we ended up having to pay for parking in town (which was also scarce). It's probably not an issue when the building is not full, but during school vacation weeks, we recommend reserving a space in advance with the central parking lots to ensure you have a space. Otherwise, a great stay in a very comfortable, modern apartment.

The listing was very accurate and we were delighted with the property. It was extremely clean and homely with nice quality furnishings and accessories. It was in a good position for the town. We were worried when we turned up as from the outside, the block looks a little run down with the sign of the place looking very rusty. First impressions were not good so the the interior was a real plus. Dominic was very good in keeping us updated and gave us the code and key details to the place on arrival. There was everything we needed for our stay. The only thing I felt it could have done with was a fan as while we were there it was very hot. If I was to be a bit nit picky, the basin in the en-suite was too small as very difficult to wash face and clean teeth, and also, it would have been nice to have some wardrobes in the second bedroom (I know there were some opposite the washing cupboard). Extra pillows might have been a nice touch too, as well as a better light to see the number lock for the key - we had to use our phone torches to help us with this! We really loved the pace and thank you to Dominic for a lovey stay. We will hopefully see you again another time.

I will pass all of your feedback on to the owners and suggest the improvements as most things can be easily rectified. Unfortunately we have no control over the look of the outside of the property as this under the control of the managing company that look after the apartment block.
